Very spacious and updated condo with massive L-shaped deck, gulf views. Condo sleeps up to 7 people. Brand new kitchen and 2 updated bathrooms. Oversized couch and TV.

Three bikes free for you to use during your stay. A few beach chairs and toys.

Great location and property

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach and our first time visiting 30A. The beach was beautiful and just a few minutes stroll from the condo. An easy walk with our kids and gear. Furnishings and decor were beautiful, updated and provided everything we needed. Great all around host and experience!

This condo is everything you are looking for! Great views, clean, fully equipped with anything you will need, and just the right size for our family of 6. We felt so at home during our stay! All of the beach accessories were an added bonus and really were helpful during our stay as we flew in this year. Carter was a phenomenal host and we are already looking at dates to come back!

3 week getaway from the north.

Very nice accommodations, clean and well stocked kitchen. Towels and beach supplies were a bonus. Heated pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. Restaurants and access to paths for running, biking etc were all convenient.

Family Time

Absolutely love the location. Have stayed in the area for 25 years and think this area best location now. Carter great to work with and unit so close to the beach. Enjoyed the pool and grilling too.

Awesome Florida Vaca

We couldn’t ask for a more perfect vacation! Beautiful condo with the best beach weather. Coffee on the balcony was a real treat each morning. This is definitely a place we will return to. See you next year!

Great spot for family of 4

We e stayed in this building before but this was the nicest unit we have rented. Carter was very easy to work with and responsive. The unit was clean, spacious for our family of 4 and the location is great! Short walk to the beach and a nice view of the gulf from the balcony. We had a great stay

Lovely Visit!

We spent three weeks in this lovely, comfortable, well stocked and tastefully decorated condo. We stay in this area yearly and the location and view is hard to beat! The beds are very comfortable which is a big relief. The beach is a very short walk away~3~4 minutes. Our host Carter is very gracious~he checked in on us to wish us a great stay and to say if there was anything we needed to please give him a call! You couldn’t ask for anything more.

Comfy condo close to the Walton Dunes access

Nicely recently renovated second floor condo less than a block from the public beach access at Walton Dunes. The condo is just as cute as a button with comfortable and stylish furnishings. We loved that even though this is on the second floor (really 3rd because there is under condo parking) that there was an elevator at the center of the building making unloading at arrival and packing to leave a breeze. There were even carts available to use. The master bed is medium firm traditional mattress and the beds in the bunk room were a bit softer foam mattresses. We all slept relatively comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and there was even a crock pot for those days you want to drop it in and come back from the beach to a nice slow cooked dinner. Being in Seagrove you are close to many dining and shopping options along 30a. The enormous deck was very nice and the water view from it was amazing especially in the morning with a cup of coffee. One morning we were even visited by a pair of deer. The owners are very communicative and despite a small issue on arrival really made things better than right. We would definitely stay here again.
