Modern Elegant Water View Condo

Modern, Elegant Condo with Full Water Views – F601 is a Dream! From the moment we arrived at Condo F601, we were impressed by the modern design, elegant touches, and stunning full water views. This place truly has it all—from watching dolphins swim by daily to enjoying peaceful sunsets right from the balcony. The condo is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity you could ask for. Its location is a perfect 10/10—just steps away from the pool and some of the best dining spots on the island, including Snook Inn, The Boardroom, Lee Be’s, and The Smith House. We especially loved being right next door to the marina, where we rented a boat for the day through The Dolphin Cove—a fantastic experience with friendly, helpful staff. One of the best parts of staying in a beach town like this is soaking in the natural beauty. From marine life to coastal birds and even charming little lizards, we were surrounded by wildlife at every turn. Bonus: F601 comes with its own reserved parking spot, which made everything even easier. Whether you’re looking to unplug and relax or host an elegant beachside happy hour, this condo checks all the boxes. It’s stylish, serene, and in a prime location. Highly recommend—loved every moment!

Love this little place

Unit was perfect! Check in was easy, just like the instructions said. Room was clean, bed was great, view was awesome. The pool was perfect, refreshing and quiet. Snooks Bar and Grille and the Smith House were close enough to easily walk to and had great food at reasonable prices. Allison recommended several fine dining options. We chose The Oyster Society and it was wonderful. Thank you Allison for a perfect stay on Marco.

Home away from home

This condo was so very nice. We enjoyed the updated decorating and it was very clean and neat. We had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay. We would definitely rent from them again!

Beautiful home away from home

Beautiful waterfront unit, it has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Stellar property, quiet and we felt secured and safe. Located near great restaurants , grocery, ice cream place and more. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were a great touch. Allison, the property manager kept in touch to make sure we have everything we needed for the stay, she was awesome.
