Invite the whole family to Utica and have them stay in the roomy Main House! Sleep up to 10 people in the spacious and clean 4 bedrooms. The house has 3 bathrooms, one full kitchen, and a dining room with a table that seats 10 people. We are located just a few minutes down the road from Starved Rock and one block from downtown Utica. House shares a large quiet courtyard space with firepit areas.
The space
The 2,000 SF house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The bottom floor includes a living room area, dining area, kitchen, and full bathroom. The downstairs also includes a sitting room with a queen murphy bed for additional sleeping space.

The longer I stayed the more I enjoyed the amenities of the home. Pleasant stay but not a lot for Spring break kids to do.

We loved our stay! The house was clean, and the host answered questions quickly. The garden area in the back was a great place to unwind. It is in the perfect location, just steps from restaurants, shopping, and events. It is also very close to Starved Rock State Park.

Winter Getaway

Great location and accommodations. We loved being able to walk into "town" within minutes to get dinner and Starved Rock was easy distance to hike and take the Trolley.Nice big table for gaming!

Great stay

We came to visit the state parks and had a great stay. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the house was charming, we especially adored the pocket doors. Everything met our expectations and the host was very responsive with communications.

This a beautiful home in a fantastic location only a block from downtown and a short drive to Stsrved Rock. The house is beautiful with tons of character and modern features. The bedroom layout was perfect for our very inviting and the back deck and firepits were very inviting to enjoy even cool weather. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, didn’t have to get into your vehicle if you didn’t want to. Shops, bars, restaurants etc and all so cozy and cute. Felt very safe and secure as well. The house has a lot of old time charm and character. Compfy beds.

Great space - sleeps 10, we had 4 so lots of privacy. Three baths priceless. Interior space is well appointed, outdoor space is super nice and peaceful. Love the 30 yard walk to town - although no dedicated parking, plenty of parking on the street. Highly recommend this rental - was perfect for the Witch Fest weekend. Also - close to Starved Rock and other state parks for hiking.

We loved the small, charming town of Utica. Starved Rock State Park is a jewel, and we enjoyed our hikes. If Notre Dame could have beaten Miami in football, we’d have been over the moon. Just love the size, character, and back yard of Landers House!

Amazing Stay!

My girlfriend and I plus a few friends decided to visit Starved Rock for my birthday this year. I found this place that suited our needs. Super spacious, very cute with local bar/restaurants right around the corner. We were very impressed. The host was amazing in responding right away with any questions we had before/during our stay.

Great location in Utica

This is an old home with charm and character. The bathrooms are small but great water pressure and lots of hot water for a group. Loved the back deck and fire pit gathering spaces. But if you plan to cook meals, there are limited small kitchen pots and pans. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

We wanted to hike at Starved Rock but did not want to stay in the park. We were a 3 minute drive from the park. The property was super clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. We especially enjoyed the beautifully landscaped backyard, deck and fire pit. We also had fun taking the short walk to downtown shops/restaurants.

We enjoyed a wonderful girls’ weekend at this beautiful, historic home. There was space for everyone inside and a cute courtyard with fire pit outside. The location couldn’t be better with a quick walk to shopping and dining. We talked with the housekeeper, who was great and obviously took pride in the facilities. It is clear that the owner is committed to providing a top-notch experience and maintaining the integrity of the home. Thank you!

Perfect girls weekend

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway with the girls! There were 4 of us, and this house had just the right amount of space (and 3 bathrooms helped!!) Close to locals bars, restaurants and shops. There was even a canal market. Everything's within walking distance. The outdoor courtyard was shared space, but other than other guests walking through, we pretty much had the space to ourselves
