House Rules for a Peaceful and Enjoyable Stay

At our VRBO home, we have established a set of rules to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please take note of the following guidelines:

No Parties: Our home is a retreat designed for relaxation. Therefore, we strictly prohibit parties and gatherings that may disrupt the tranquility of the neighborhood or cause damage to the property. Respect the peaceful environment we provide for you and your fellow guests. Any unauthorized parties will be subject to a $500 fee for broken rules, plus any damages incurred.

No Events: Our property is not suitable for events such as weddings, receptions, or large group gatherings. Please refrain from hosting any events during your stay. If you are seeking a venue for a special occasion, we can provide recommendations for suitable locations in the area.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, hookah, marijuana and any other forms of smoking. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts. Please be considerate of other guests and do not litter the property with smoking materials. Any smoke smell or evidence of smoking will be subject to a $500 cleaning fee.

No Unauthorized Guests: To maintain security and privacy for all guests, only the individuals included in the booking are allowed on the premises. Prior permission must be obtained for any additional visitors. Please respect our policy and refrain from bringing unauthorized guests onto the property without prior approval.

No Pets Allowed: Anyone who brings an animal to the home without prior approval will be fined $500 for breaking the rules. Additionally, any evidence of a pet in the home will adhere to the same fine.

Pool Rules for a Safe and Enjoyable Experience

In addition to the general house rules, we have established the following pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests:

Swim at Your Own Risk: The pool is for guests' enjoyment, but swimming is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please exercise caution and supervise children at all times. Guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with pool usage.

No Diving: For safety purposes, diving is strictly prohibited. The pool is not designed for diving, and its depth may not be suitable for this activity. Please enter the pool using the designated steps or ladder.

Keep the Pool Area Clean: Help us maintain cleanliness by removing any trash or personal belongings from the pool deck and surrounding areas. Dispose of garbage in the provided receptacles. Proper pool hygiene is important for everyone's enjoyment.

No Glassware: To prevent accidents and injuries, glassware, including bottles and drinking glasses, is not permitted in the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers for beverages.

No Running or Rough Play: Running, horseplay, and any other actions that may endanger yourself or others are not allowed in or around the pool area. Please be considerate of other guests and avoid excessive noise that may disturb their peace.

Proper Attire: Appropriate swimwear is required in the pool area. Street clothes, including jeans and cotton shirts, should not be worn in the pool. Please ensure proper hygiene and refrain from entering the pool if you have any open wounds, infections, or illnesses that could potentially affect other guests.

Children's Safety: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while in the pool area. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for their children's safety and behavior in and around the pool.

Any stays of 28 days or more will require an additional cleaning at the 2 week mark. Fee is $250 and will be collected within the reservation time.

We understand that accidents can happen, but any violations of these rules may result in fines or termination of your stay. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.
