perfect place to enjoy the ocean breeze.

With the incredible location on Lillie Ave. you have the convenience of being able to walk to many amazing stores, coffee shops, restaurants and the beach.

There is a community tennis court and basketball court 1 block away on Lillie Ave.
Pickle ball paddles and balls are located in the unit for your use.

Lookout park is located nearby. It has a playground for young children, bocce ball ping pong tables, EV charger and beach access.

Please not that the unit is located on Lillie Ave. adjacent to the 101 freeway, which could have a potential for noise.

Wonderful place to stay and great area to visit! We were here for a wedding in Carpinteria, only a few miles away. It was a perfect place for 5 adults and 3 littles. The area is quant and we loved the proximity to our wedding venue, a local park and great restaurants within walking distance. Our only drawback was the lack of extra seating in the main living room. Could have used a few more comfortable chairs for visiting. Thanks to the hosts for quick response to our questions. We loved this place!

Super clean and cute & fab location!

Our family of five and dog really enjoyed our stay at this Summerland home! The unit is nicely remodeled, clean, and cozy and has everything we needed. The location is fantastic and we loved walking around town, grabbing coffee, and going to the beach daily. The proximity to the highway/noise was not an issue for us. Host was super easy to communicate with - would definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean and great view

Three generations of people here for a family reunion. The apartment was very cute, clean and close to the ocean. The kitchen was small but well appointed, though we opted to eat out. Brooke was super helpful in giving local tips and answering questions. Beds were comfortable, though a few more pillows for sleeping and less for the Insta would have been helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Came for a wedding in Carpenteria. Perfect size place for our stay . very clean , walking distance to stores and cafe short drive to Santa Barbara and Carpenteria. we also had a view of the ocean from our upstairs room.

A Nice Place

It was just as described, cute, accommodated us entirely. Wish we could have had an earlier check in, but oh well and address was a little confusing but we figured it out. Brook responded quickly to our questions. I would stay here again.

Everything was very clean, and in some ways, better than what we expected. Towels and bedding didn’t have any signs of odor, floors and furniture were clean, and was well furnished with most basic essentials. The location was amazing, being walking distance from things to do and being close to Santa Barbara. Parking was very accessible for more than one car as well. However, if we have to be nitpicky, the downstairs shower was clogged, and the living space didn’t have a lot of seating for more than 5 people. Aside from that, everything was great.
