Large, open 1 bedroom/1 bathroom w/ full kitchen, vaulted ceilings walk in closet and washer and dryer in unit. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, with fireplace and television. Entire unit has ocean views and a patio to watch the beautiful Summerland sunsets.

5 min walk or bike ride to Summerland Beach.

1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in Summerland Triplex. Ideally located on Lillie Ave. walking distance to Summerland beach, restaurants, coffee, shopping and wine tasting. Ocean views from every room.

Great location, beautiful views, clean, well-appointed apartment in Summerland. Convenient to Santa Barbara but with its own small-town feel and easy beach access. I hope to be back.
