This place was a disgrace. As well as the host. It is advertised with 1 queen, 2 sofa beds, 2 twin beds. We needed a place to stay one night for a group of 4 so we booked based on sleeping accommodations listed. When we arrived to the property we were greeted with a disheveled front entrance with fallen trees, rubbish, torn screens and falling soffit. When we entered the cottage there was only one bed, NO twin or sofa beds! There were 2 lizards running around the bedroom and ants in the sheets of the bed. The towels left looked crusty and dirty. The pool that was advertised was literally scary with a wrecked cover that I was afraid to see what was beneath. There was trash and filth all around the outside. We contacted the host via text and voicemail because this is how they contacted me with entry info. They never responded to my concerns, I even tried the next day and still no response. I did contact Vrbo and they have not had a response from host as of yet to my knowledge. I’m guessing I will not get a refund even tho it was complete false advertising. DO NOT RECOMMEND this property or this host! I am out all of my money and had to go rent a hotel room on top this cost.
