Clean and simple. Perfect for our needs during the trip. As advertised, close to a lot of things. Owners live on site and were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay and will look to rent here again.

This property was amazing!! Close to everything Ocean City, Berlin, and Assateague Island. It was quiet and safe. They have a great yard to run in and a wonderful driveway to ride bikes. I would 100% stay again.

Great place! Quiet settling.

The owner is very friendly. The place was clean. It’s located close to everything you’d want to do down there. Ocean city, Berlin and Assateague island are all great places to visit. We would definitely stay there again.

Firstly, they did have pillows (3 per bed), sheets, and towels. A past review said they did not
 they do now! Fully stocked with paper products/ cleaning supplies. The only 2 negative things were a slight smell of cigarette smoke. In the kitchen trash there was an empty pack of Kools, I wouldn’t stay there again for only that reason. Also, no AC in the rooms so as it is mid-July we slept with the doors open to the main living area to get the AC. But all said and done, it was a great price for the place.

Host replied quickly, and was very nice! Some appliances are a bit on the older side, but work just fine. Feels like a cozy cabin stay compared to big hotels. Be prepared for possibility of traffic on the way to the beach

Amazing communication, beautiful property

The owner communicated with me as soon as i booked. Her and her husband live next door and they were very friendly and helpful. The property was spacious and had a lot of amenities. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots, pans, storage containers and cleaning products. The bath towels were soft and large. The washer and dryer were very convenient. They even had 3 Beach chairs available to take to the beach. I forgot my necklace and the owner sent it to me! we will be back! The location, price, and service are AMAZING!

Do not stay here! Dirty, smelly, and sad.

My family left within an hour of arriving and stayed at another hotel because the property was in such poor condition. The entire place was dirty, smelled VERY strongly of cigarette smoke, and we even found rodent feces. It appeared that they had stuffed t-shirts in cracks at the back of the kitchen cabinets to try to keep out bugs/rodents. Also be aware that they don't provide pillows or towels at the property. I assume it is because the property owner cannot be troubled to clean such things between guests which seems consistent with the overall lack of cleanliness. I would not want to rest my head on anything provided by them anyway as the couch is covered in stains and dog hair. Furthermore, the property is in a state of general disrepair. For instance, the kitchen cabinets are falling apart and some of the cabinet doors are falling off the hinges, the kitchen and bathroom fixtures are corroded, dirty, and discolored. I wish I could attach all the pictures we had to take to submit to VRBO customer service when requesting a refund. VRBO states that they cannot require the property owner to provide a refund and the property owner refused our refund request. I have already wasted more than 3 hours on the phone with VRBO during my vacation and they do not stand behind the quality and cleanliness of their property listings. I'm not a fussy person. It has to be pretty bad for me to go hunting for another place to stay at 9:00 p.m. You will be disgusted if you stay here!!!

Sitio Agradable y Estratégico.

Me encanta la naturaleza; seleccioné este lugar, buscando el encanto de la soledad, lejos del bullicio, y no me equivoqué. De entrada me encantó! Posteriormente descubrí que su ubicación es estratégica, pues desde allí pude desplazarme con mi familia hacia diferentes lugares, entre ellos, las playas de Ocean City y el parque natural que hay al sur este de Berlín. Utilizamos el apartamento båsicamente para dormir, puesto que a diario salíamos para diferentes lugares, así fuera de turismo. Para que este lugar sea perfectamente agradable, debería someterse a mantenimiento preventivo, pues observé alguna baldosa rota , la låmpara del patio de estar exterior no funciona, y los aires acondicionados posiblemente merezcan revisión. Por lo demås, excelente. Si alguna vez vuelvo a Maryland buscaré el mismo apartamento. Muchas gracias.
