Awaken to the pristine waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath  condominium located on the 6th floor at Inn at Summerwind. From the moment you walk in the door you will feel the tension slipping away and relaxation slipping in. "Hooked On a Feeling" sleeps six with a king size bed, two alcove beds and a sleeper sofa. The full service kitchen includes all appliances, and the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer. Condo 604 E boasts flat-screen TV`s, DVD`s, WiFi for your entertainment and you have the benefit of being able to relax on your own private ocean front balcony! **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

We stayed for the week at this property. The beach and pool were great. The location was breathtaking with water all around. A couple of restaurants within walking distance and others within a couple of miles.

Super Clean!

We had a great time, and I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. I do think it’s time to invest in some new furniture in the living area. Every piece was very uncomfortable. We like sitting around and watching movies at night, so it was a problem for us. Everything else was fabulous!

3 night stay

It’s hard to find a short stay(3 nights) on the beach during the summer . Most want you to stay 6-7 nights. So this was perfect! No complaints other than it was listed on the site I checked as a 2 bedroom. When I booked the details said 1 bedroom with hallway bunk beds. It worked for what we needed. Other than that I would recommend.oh and Mattress was extremely firm.
