Experience Revolve House, an unparalleled retreat perched on a hill with 5 expansive private acres overlooking the breathtaking California desert and mountain range, bordering Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley. Crafted by a dynamic husband-wife therapist team, this distinctive haven is designed to facilitate your journey of rejuvenation and mental wellness. Revolve House promises three transformative pillars: Rest, Recreation, and Recenter.



REST: Immerse yourself in a tranquil oasis where soul-deep rest is paramount. Indulge in moments of serenity as you experience a digital detox and unplug from the hustle of daily life. Bask in the peaceful nature of desert life and enjoy an outdoor bath in our stone tub. Sleep soundly in one of our peaceful Japandi-style minimalist rooms that open up to the incredible view.



RECREATION: Explore our expansive 5-acre property and indulge in outdoor activities that rejuvenate your mind and body. From swimming in our gorgeous pool with panoramic views of the mountains and the private grounds, to relaxing in the hot tub under the starry night sky. Engage in games, sunbathe, gather around the firepit for heartfelt conversations, prepare a homemade meal in our fully equipped kitchen and dine alfresco. Stay active with a good workout, or marvel at the breathtaking stargazing sights from our outdoor bed.



RECENTER: Find solace in our serene environment, perfect for introspection and realignment. Discover moments of inner peace as you explore our carefully crafted therapeutic walking paths designed to elevate your mental health, with journal prompts crafted by therapists. Engage in prayer or meditation in the north patio, or enhance your mind-body connection with yoga on our custom, gorgeous circular yoga platform in the lower pad.



Experience the invigorating benefits of our outdoor dry sauna and cold plunge pool, designed to refresh your body, clear your mind, and enhance your overall well-being. ▵ Pool Heating fee: $350 first day; $200 second day.

▵ Spa heating is complimentary

Note: Should you wish to have the pool heated please notify us 48-24 hours in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. Note: Only one, the pool or the spa can't heat at the same time. Pool heating will reach a maximum temperature of 85 degrees and will have to be turned back on after the spa is not in use, you will need to notify us.



◦ THINGS TO NOTE:

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads but capable of low riding cars if you take it slow.

Fenced yard: Not fully fenced

Outdoor Surveillance: None

Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



Pets

◦ Pet Fee $100 per pet

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.





◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee



Camera: For your safety and security, please note that there is an outdoor security camera. It monitors only exterior areas and does not record any private or interior spaces.
