This spacious vacation home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the open-concept living areas provide plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment, while the well-appointed bedrooms offer a peaceful haven for a restful night`s sleep. Our vacation home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a hassle-free stay. From a fully stocked kitchen for preparing delicious meals to high-speed internet and entertainment options, we`ve thought of everything to ensure your comfort and convenience. Towels and linens are provided. The space itself is elegantly finished, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploring, it has all of the amenities expected including:

Spacious carport that fits up to 4 cars. If you bring your boat, you can park it on the side of the house. Depending on the boat size, please send us an inquiry for boat parking instruction.

Guests have full access to the entire unit.

Guests will be provided a door code for entry prior to arrival.

You will be able to park up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note
Please note that this property is located near both the canal and the ocean. In the event of a storm, there is a chance the surrounding area may experience flooding. The main living space is located on the second floor, so your stay will not be impacted inside the home. The only area that could be affected is the driveway.

We highly recommend that guests purchase trip insurance through a 3rd party company. This can provide protection in the event of bad weather or any other unexpected issues that may arise beyond the host`s control.

Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety.

***Visitors
No visitor is allowed on the property after 10pm, any person wishing to stay after 10pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate.
The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.


During your stay
You will enjoy your privacy, however, you’re always welcome to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We’re here to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

The home has one security camera in the carport facing the driveway and one outside the top deck facing the whole deck. They will be on during your stay for security purpose.

Getting around
The island is golf cart friendly. You can rent a cart or a beach cruiser bicycle for getting around the island.

Kure Beach / Carolina Beach is one of the best kept secrets on the Atlantic ocean with white sand beaches..great for kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing & kite surfing.
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet / area rugs.
- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house.
- Smoking is permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette remains in the trash can.
- No illegal substances.
- No drugs, guns or weapons allowed on premises.
- Please be respectful to the neighbors in regards to noise and parking.
- No visitors stays overnight without a reservation on booking.
- Pets allowed with pet fee (please add total amount of pet on the reservation). 2 dogs max. No cat.
- Please keep pets off the furniture & beds.
- Pets must be in the kennel when left alone.
- Please clean up after your pets.
