Very good communication with Melanie!Lots of steps 5 to the front door and 15 to upstairs where you stay. My husband had broke his foot running the week before, so he was literally crawling up the stairs. The front porch was very slippery and our son brought some salt so that my husband didn’t slip and fall on his crutches. The kitchen is great to prepare food in and the VRBO is cozy. It was just extremely hard for my husband to get up and down all the stairs.

Charming, perfectly proportioned apartment for our family of 2 kids. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was here. The beds were a dream to sleep on and the living areas were perfect for decompressing in the evenings after visiting the family we have in the area.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The location was quiet, quaint, and convenient. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Very comfortable, clean and there was coffee! The layout was perfect with a quiet reading space and comfy love seat for watching tv. awesome kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

This unit is in a nice, quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from Interstate 490. There was ample on street parking for our second car. The TV sitting area is right-off the bedrooms so it is a little limiting with sleeping children.

Lovely apartment would stay again

Such a charming spacious two bedroom apartment in an outstanding location, walking distance to little shops and a charming neighborhood as well. But highly recommend for anyone who wants to have a visit to Rochester and great vicinity to the universities. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay here!

I would definitely recommend staying here. Check-in is easy and the place is very spacious and sparkly clean. Most importantly, I usually have trouble sleeping but here I had a great sleep. Mattress, cover, pillow
 Everything was super comfortable.

Perfect location and cozy space

My family stayed in Rochester for a long weekend and love the upper Monroe neighborhood. Close to Cobbs Hill Park, downtown museums, Park Ave, and Pittsford isn't far away. Neighborhood is quiet. The unit was very clean and modern, we felt safe and comfortable. Slept well enough. AC's in all the rooms for hot days/ nights, lots of ceiling fans, lights and windows for natural light.

Great Find

A very comfortable stay in this quiet neighborhood with off-street parking. It is very clean and close to many restaurants. It is newly painted throughout with upgraded kitchen appliances and new bath fixtures. Stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, light snacks, and paper products. Nice lightning throughout with many pop eyes. There is even a selection of good reading materials. Wonderful communication with owners. Couldn't be a more pleasant experience. Thanks.

Great location, quiet, clean 2nd floor rental

We loved this place! Everything just like the photos. Very clean, nice decor, comfy bed. Quiet residential neighborhood close to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Right off 490 and has its own off-street parking spot. Will definitely book again!
