Dock Holiday, the latest addition to our "fleet" of 4. is located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing east). This one-bedroom, one-bathroom floating getaway sleeps 4 people (queen bed + queen sofa sleeper), full bath (shower only), and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, the bar/counter and dining table provide plenty of seating. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the bay, or a glass of wine at the end of your day.

You are a short walk away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Take in many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's baseball, Ice Flyer hockey, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are just a short drive away, as is the National Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels).

Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking.

Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station.

Of the four, Dock Holiday has the best view of the bay from the marina and with that comes the most exposure to some swaying with an east wind. For some, it will gently rock you to sleep and for others, plan accordingly.

Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children, people with stability issues, or accessibility issues (i.e. wheelchair - standard door widths throughout).

Super good on communication & once we figured out how to turn on the heat, we loved the houseboat. Even saw a blue heron 10 feet away from us very early in the morning!

This property is amazing. It is so relaxing and peaceful but still convenient to everything you could want. Good food
there is a restaurant connected to the harbor. Want to shop? You are right by downtown Pensacola. This is truly a gem of a place and we can’t wait to come back!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It is safe, within walking distance to downtown restaurants and the ballpark, and very private. There is a popular restaurant which is not part of the marina, but right there. The fishing is great right off the front porch! The manager is very accommodating and responsive to any request. This is a very special spot. You won’t regret staying in Doc Holiday.

Amazing!!!

This was THE BEST place we have ever stayed, the house was immaculately clean, very well stocked and just so relaxing and welcoming. We will definitely book Dock Holiday again next year for our annual end of summer trip. The view from the front porch is stunning from watching the sunrises, distant thunderstorms and if you're lucky you can catch the dolphins feeding between the marina and the bridge. The fish lights at night were definitely my favorite. So many big fish all around and if you look closely there are so many tiny marine critters hanging all around the pilings and porch, they are fun to watch. The marina is very private, quiet and peaceful and in a great location. I would give this property 100 stars if I could. Check in was a breeze!

Wahoo getaway

The boathouse is better than advertised. It’s as clean as anything you’ll ever find, within walking distance to downtown and the baseball stadium. There is excellent fishing from the porch. ( sea trout and mullet) It is safe and secure. The hostess is readily available and very responsive and genuinely concerned about your stay. There is a great restaurant next to the marina. I doubt if there is a better rental for the money anywhere. It’s as good as it gets.

Everything description says & more: very clean & kitchen well stocked; lots of windows, lights, fans & A/C worked great so very comfortable. Lights were all labeled as well. Very Comfy queen bed. Very quiet, private & secure. Walk to Fish House for delicious f&b & can walk to downtown! Short drive across bridge to beautiful beaches. Perfect location!

Floating Oasis

Beautiful houseboat that is vacation ready and so relaxing. Host is AMAZING!! Communication was easy, check in/out was a breeze and boat slips were plentiful. Location has restaurants so you having to cook is optional. Afternoons on deck were peaceful and enjoyed watching fish at night under the lights. We will be back!!

Relaxing get-away.

I wanted to stay somewhere different and this was it. We stayed busy so we didn’t spend too much time here. If I could do it differently, I would have made time to fish. Perfect for watching the sunrise while drinking coffee. The house was perfectly decorated and clean. Glad we stayed here.

THE BEST SPOT

Likely there are not enough characters for me to fully explain how wonderful our stay at the marina was. We fished in the morning, we fished in the afternoon, we fished in the evening. We caught more fish in our five day stay then we have probably this entire year. We got to see dolphins and catch MANY different types of fish. We met with other fishermen that showed us their catches. I really never wanted to leave. The house was perfect
clean, all amenities, Publix 6 minutes away, convenient to beach and restaurants. The Fish House was DELICIOUS.We came for a baseball tournament and wanted to be close enough to the beach but also give the boys something fun to do outside of sand. Ms JoDee and her staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions. She even visited us while we fished and got to see the action!I give this place a 10/10 and can’t wait to go back. The walk? What walk! Worth it.

Wonderful view and space to enjoy

This houseboat is perfect. We loved sitting on the porch looking out over the bay. My son fished off the porch and loved it! Our favorite stay with VRBO. Very comfortable, perfect for 2 or a small family.

Houseboat with a view

This is the best houseboat of the four that are in this marina. It’s a walk but once you’re settled it’s worth it. Thank you Ms Jo Dee for the little gifts. It made my day.
