Very nice stay. Comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer during my 3 week stay. Kitchen had basic pots and pans, utensils, dishes and glass ware. Beds comfortable. Would recommend. Thank you Kelvin and Merry Christmas!

Basic but everything we needed was provided, and in working order. In an older small home just off freeway access so a good home base for 2 days in area visiting other sites.

Great Place

Easy check in and property has good amenities. Location is great for access to Rochester and things to do in area. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick over night for our son to visit Nazareth Univ. Very prompt response to any messages I sent over. Check-in was a breeze, everything was clean and nice.It was a quick stop, arrived later in the evening and left the next morning. All rooms were clean and tidy. Nice place!

Kitchen was ill equipted even just basic utensils. The pans they did have were dirty. Blinds were broken on the front door before walking in and the door knob was nearly falling off. It did smell and look clean for the most part. Lights in 1 room weren't working and the back screen door has no handle to be able to open the door. Good area, great price point, unfortunately I don't see myself staying again.

Great stay!

Had a wonderful stay here; the house was clean and well-located/super close to food, groceries, take-out, pharmacy, etc. The bed arrangements worked out perfectly for our 4 kids and ourselves, and the host was super responsive in getting back to me right away with any questions we had. A private driveway for parking was a huge bonus and a charging station in the kitchen to charge phones, etc was a lovely added touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient 3 BR

Small but accommodating 3BR house. Old, but seems recently renovated. Was well worth the price of admission for our trip to tour RIT.

Ok place, great location

House was simple. It was in a great location but nothing to special about the house. It did was it was supposed to though. Minor cosmetic issues but I wasn't looking to stay somewhere super fancy.

House is needing some TLC and wasn’t quite stocked the way we anticipated. Electricity needs updating/rewiring. All appliances worked except washer & dryer. TV & WiFi were good. Backyard needed trash pickup. Beds were comfortable(firm mattresses) bathroom was clean with good shower. Window AC in living room would have been more effective with all ceiling fans functioning but electrical issues made for a very warm stay mid July.

Great little space.

It was a great space. There were some little cosmetic issues with each of the rooms. But none of that took away from the pleasure of the space. It's very clean neat and perfect for weekend visiting our son at college.

Cute & affordable

Cute and affordable little place, less than one block away from Burger King, Taco Bell, and a couple convenience stores. Family of 5 fit comfortably; clean with some newer upgrades. No photos of the outside, but the exterior of the property is clean and the siding has been recently updated.

Super convenient and easy stay

Myself and my 2 medium dogs stayed for a couple nights during our move to Rochester. This place was perfect for what we needed — clean, easy to access, and comfortable. And I felt safe leaving my dogs at the house while I went to work. It was stocked with everything we needed. It even has a large fenced in yard which was a fantastic surprise for my dogs! Communication with the host was spot on as well. I would definitely recommend this property.
