Very nice stay. Comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer during my 3 week stay. Kitchen had basic pots and pans, utensils, dishes and glass ware. Beds comfortable. Would recommend. Thank you Kelvin and Merry Christmas!

Kitchen was ill equipted even just basic utensils. The pans they did have were dirty. Blinds were broken on the front door before walking in and the door knob was nearly falling off. It did smell and look clean for the most part. Lights in 1 room weren't working and the back screen door has no handle to be able to open the door. Good area, great price point, unfortunately I don't see myself staying again.

This is a nice property very comfortable i gave my overall a 4 star because one of the seats is off and when i sat down at the kitchen table it was already broken the blinds at the door need to be replaced it has missing blinds which really doesnt provide privacy the outside trash was full of garbage and the back door by the pool is damaged its open and it doesnt lock or close but it was everything else and more enjoyed my stay just minor things they should invest in

Basic but everything we needed was provided, and in working order. In an older small home just off freeway access so a good home base for 2 days in area visiting other sites.

The location was the only positive thing I could say about this property. The fan and half the stove was broken. The pool table was accessible to the public, as it had no door knob or lock on it. There were cigarette butts all over the outside of the property. The main door provided little security, even with a deadbolt, because there was hardly any wood left on the holes to the door latch, nor the rounded out door frame. I was charged a cleaning service fee, yet the mound of hair in the basement, the full dishwasher without any pods and the cigarette butts all over the yard and walkway showed no cleaning service. As far as the maintenance upkeep, not only does is the doorframe faulty, but the outside keypad door handle is falling apart. I had to sleep with one eye open.

We did not recieve code to get in until after we had to contact vrbo almost an hour after we were supposed to be able to get in. It was clean....BUT!!!!!.....They used so much pine sol it was burning our throats and eyes when we entered the house. We had to open the windows and turn the fans that worked on and leave for a while to air it out. Once aired we realized it was to cover a sulphury somewhat gassy or sewage smell. The floor grates were nasty. The full beds were too hard to even lay on, the twin beds were ok. The couch was not comfortable to sit on it would kinda push forward we realized because it was broken in the center front. The dining furniture was hard and flat and rickety at best we would not sit there. The kitchen high table and stools the same unusable. Luckily I had a folding chair in my car to bring in and use and I was by myself for the better part of the 12 days while my husband was recouping at hospital from a major surgery. The night before I left I was planning on washing husbands clothes to take back to the hospital and went downstairs and found a decomposing rodent, the center beam of the house not even connected it was rusted in half and just sitting there on concrete and the washer was so nasty not sure if it was mold or rust all along it and now I know where the smell was coming from. Went to laundrymat. Also the front door jam does not look safe. Pics included. To the owner....Please make sure your place is comfortable and safe.

Quick over night for our son to visit Nazareth Univ. Very prompt response to any messages I sent over. Check-in was a breeze, everything was clean and nice.It was a quick stop, arrived later in the evening and left the next morning. All rooms were clean and tidy. Nice place!

House is needing some TLC and wasn’t quite stocked the way we anticipated. Electricity needs updating/rewiring. All appliances worked except washer & dryer. TV & WiFi were good. Backyard needed trash pickup. Beds were comfortable(firm mattresses) bathroom was clean with good shower. Window AC in living room would have been more effective with all ceiling fans functioning but electrical issues made for a very warm stay mid July.

Just Ok

Property as advertised. Access to house was not available until 5 minutes prior occupancy time, due to VRBO notification issue. RING in place. Would have been nice to be aware of that before renting but not a problem for us.Property in need of several small repairs. House was clean except areas up high.There were paper products stocked but no extra amenities.Pool table available but there was a 8 inch step down at one end making navigating difficult! Off street parking. Close to several universities.

Ok place, great location

House was simple. It was in a great location but nothing to special about the house. It did was it was supposed to though. Minor cosmetic issues but I wasn't looking to stay somewhere super fancy.

Great Bargain Property

We had a great trip enjoying the snow! The house itself is old, and definitely needs some repairing, but nothing major that required immediate maintenance. I would say if you go during winter, bring blankets! Theirs are pretty thin. Great backyard! The owners were great and checked in with us throughout the stay. And overall it is what you would expect for the price range, and from the description.It was exactly what we needed for our family trip. No extras, nothing fancy, but great location, accurate listing, easy check in and.out, and the neighbors were so nice and friendly (even helped us by plowing and salting the driveway)! We will be back for sure!
