CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request, subject to availability and prior approval. Additional fees may apply.
Guests may also arrange for additional nights in advance, subject to availability and the applicable nightly rate.
Guests should not arrive before the approved check-in time or remain in the property after the approved checkout time without prior authorization.
If guests have departed but leave personal belongings in the unit when the cleaning crew arrives, the cleaning crew may need to collect and secure those belongings so the property can be prepared for the next guest. A $150 service charge may apply for this service.
Please check out promptly. Cleaning crews operate within a limited turnover window and need adequate time to prepare the property for incoming guests.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Guests are responsible for collecting all personal belongings before departure.
All trash and rubbish should be placed in plastic bags and taken to the designated trash receptacles located near the elevators.
Dishes and cooking utensils should be washed and left clean.
Please make sure the unit is secure and the door is locked when leaving.
UNAUTHORIZED LATE DEPARTURE
A late checkout that has not been approved in advance may interfere with cleaning and the arrival of the next guest.
Unauthorized occupancy beyond the approved checkout time may result in additional charges. A charge of $100 per hour after 10:30 AM may apply when a late departure has not been approved in advance.
Guests who believe they may need additional time should contact the Manager before checkout to ask whether a late checkout or additional night is available.
