We absolutely loved Joe’s place. It was clean and comfortable. Great location on the beach. Beach was pristine with gorgeous sunsets. Joe has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. So easy and responsive to all communication. You won’t regret staying here.

Perfect place to reset and recharge

After a long cold winter, this was the perfect place for us to stay. We were able to relax at the pool, beach and on the couch as well. Everything we needed was provided, very clean and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Communication with Joe was quick and informative. He supported our every need and answered my many questions before and during our stay. This is a must stay if you are looking for a true relaxing beach vacation.

One of the best views on Marco

We had a great visit and stay in Marco. Check in was easy and the unit comes with a very convenient covered parking spot. The Condo was clean and ready. Everything was brand new or near new. My two favorite things about the condo are the view and the beach access. The sunset, sunrise, people and boat watching is amazing from the balcony. And it is less than a one minute elevator ride to the main floor and a two minute walk to the beach. It is worth a visit to the island and a stay at this condo.

Fantastic

There's a statistic that says that once your children reach 18, you've spent 95% of the time you'll have with them, ever. Perhaps that's true - but what you can do is make sure you spend that 5% wisely by making fun vacations. This was a fun vacation and a good portion of the reason why is this property. The location on the beach was second-to-none. It felt like the entire beach was solely ours. Even if that weren't the case though, it had every amenity that you might ever want or think of. Great nightlife? 20 minutes away. Great food? 5-10 minutes. Nothing was out of reach. The property owner is amazing and the property itself is a gem. Gave as many 5 stars as possible.

My wife Fran and I are from Chicagoland area and have been coming to Marco Island since 1990. We have owned down the beach for 15 years and just recently sold that to buy this gem located one building away from JW Marriott Resort. Very convenient for guests that like to parasail, wave runners, cabanas and full resort amenities offered by JW!
A Spa pass can be purchased for a full day at JW Spa and all access to restaurants and bars is available with or without pass. Enjoy a lunch and cocktails at Kanes Beach Bar or Quinns located steps away from our property. They also have sports bar, bowling alleys, and a mountain of other forms of entertainment at Alley 10k located in their south tower. All walking distance. Our own property offers tennis courts, pickle ball 5/1/25, pool and Fitness room along with a social room and a Guest Suite for a nominal pr. We provide Beach chairs located in a locked pool house next to BBQ grills (natural gas) with outdoor eating area. All next to pool and tennis courts.
Lower level covered parking spot is accessible via elevator or six step staircase.
This property is walkable to all the island has to offer. Restaurants, theaters and mini golf are all a short walk. JW Marriott offers rooms from $600 a night off season to $1250.00 a night in season. Contact me directly for any special discounts we may offer. Longer the stay, cheaper the cost! ALWAYS LESS EXPENSIVE THEN A SMALL ROOM AT MARRIOTT NEXTDOOR!
This is our family unit and is prepped and kept as such. Always clean and tidy. We do not have a large turnover for good reason. We minimize the rental activity on purpose. Also, our HOA only allows One rental per month. Only 12 per year! We limit it even more. I am sure this will provide you with exactly what you’re looking for! Thank you for the interest!

Sitting directly on the beach and seeing Every sunset from your own balcony is priceless! The overwhelming amount of shells is priceless! Very peaceful experience without the transient feel. All services at JW Marriott are available to you at their posted rates. Wave runners, parasailing, restaurants and sports bars, beach bar and their spa services are wonderful. Utilizing their spa services provides you full day access to their private pool areas and services. Walking distance to mini golf, restaurants, shopping, theaters and more. Marinas on island offer boat rentals and captain services for fishing the open waters of the Gulf or the waters of the Ten Thousand Islands surrounding Marco! Guided tours o mini two seater boats is always a good time while seeing dolphins and gators in the back waters. Go the Keywaylin Island for huge conch shells and starfish! My slogan is that it never rains on the beach! Seldom does the rain stick around. In most every case it comes from the Everglades and then pushes north to Naples before it ever reaches the beach of Marco Island. At night you can watch the electrical light shows of lightning off in the distance over the Gulf during rainy season. The beach is sugar cookie white sand and always glowing with the reflection of lightning from the moon. The expansiveness of the stars and heavens above at night is something you need to experience after a great sunset into the Gulf. Just a remarkable experience you will want to repeat. It has provided our family decades of unbelievable experiences from fireworks on 4th of July to Meteor showers in the sky and immense lightning shows streaking across the skies over the Gulf at night. Fish off the sand and cook what you catch or go out on a boat and bring it to a restaurant for them to cook it for you! Enjoy the many fire baton shows beachside at Marriott nightly or mingle with their guests at Kanes Whiskey and Cigar Bar on the beach day or night. The walk back is always fun. Enjoy!

The discounted pricing makes it an easy decision if you’re seeking quality and ease of access! Everyone is respectful and kind at this property. Stay once and you will want to make it an annual event. Lease for a month or two for best savings, over 40%+, and enjoy the kids coming down to visit. Two queen beds and a king. Max of 6 occupants.All mattresses and linens are newer, 9/2024 and linens are rotated out every rental. All new appliances and furnishings. Video upon request. Become part of our friendly family and enjoy the beauty and the discounts. Very responsive. Access code provided prior to arrival. Check in and out are very simple and the staff very courteous.
