Bonita Springs is a city in southwest Florida. It’s known for its Gulf Coast beaches and parks, including secluded Barefoot Beach Preserve, Bonita Beach and Little Hickory Island, popular for shelling and exploring. Nearby, to the north, is Lovers Key State Park, a popular swimming and kayaking spot. Made up of 4 barrier islands, the park is home to manatees and dolphins. Explore Downtown Bonita Springs (Old 41) with many dining options, breweries, live entertainment, and year round events and festivals at Riverside Park. Everglades Wonder Gardens in Downtown Bonita Springs is a popular tourist attraction and features orchids, parrots, flamingos and reptiles. Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jacks Waterfront Grill is in walking distance. Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach Preserve is in walking distance. RSW International Airport approximatly 20 min drive. Punta Gorda Airport approximately 45 min drive.

**Important Update: The Beach and Tennis Club is in the process of revitalization after Hurricane Ian. We’re thrilled about the upgrades ahead! Please keep in mind that some amenities—like tennis, pickleball, and the onsite restaurant—are temporarily unavailable. But don’t worry! You can still bask on the beach and splash in the two pools at Buildings 2 and 4.

Becky is a wonderful host, great communication. We loved the condo, cute and great decor. Everything you need for a beach vacation, beach cart, chairs, coolers, bags, ice packs in freezer, and plenty beach towels. Also, shampoo, conditioner, soap, band aids, and so much more. Great property with great amenities. When we do beach vacations, beach accessories are always a must and this place has all you need. Nice umbrella, chairs, wagon, cooler, etc. The bikes were a great addition as well! Had a great time exploring the area and really enjoyed lovers key beach. Great experience and property!

The condo was exactly as advertised/pictured. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped; even a soft sided cooler, ice packs, paper plates and disposable silverware were available if needed. The ocean view was great. Becky was very responsive to questions I had prior to check-in. Great visit and would definitely stay here again if we return!

Becky is the epitome of a super Host everything I needed for an excellent beach vacation was available including beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc. there was a basket for laundry and detergent. Everything I needed to do any cleaning. Everything I needed to cook will definitely be returning five stars is not enough I give it six stars.

Great Stay

We have been coming down here for years. This condo is the best! The owner was great and attentive. The condo was very clean and had so many extras. Bed was great and comfortable. Overall a beautiful condo!

Easy Walk to the Beach

The property appeared to be recently renovated and barely used. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The beach cart, umbrella, chairs, and towels were new and made our beach day a breeze. Parking at the beach would have been impossible, so we were thankful we could just walk across the street. The ocean view was worth the extra cost. Loved sitting out on the enclosed deck for my morning coffee. Great communication by the owner. Pools weren't open yet, but we probably would not have used them anyway. Will definitely stay here again when the tennis and pickle ball courts are restored.

We have stayed at Bonita Beach & Tennis many times and Becky’s property is definitely one of the best. From the decor to the well stocked kitchen to the beach supplies and available bikes this unit has it all!
