Great location, with beach access. Close to restaurants/hotels/airport

Gated high rise apartment complex. Felt very safe at all hours. Easy self check.Very clean, well stocked kitchen/bathrooms.Furniture/decor/mattresses were a little dated and worn.The location however was ideal and central to all the places we wanted to visit. Nice area to sit and watch TV/eat.Nice underground well lit parking space included in rental.Walkable restaurants near by.You should call ahead for reservations for dinner though, as restaurants can get very busy in the evening (our wait was 55 mins at metropol) Overall a great stay and would rent again!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

The apartment looked better in person than in then pictures. Very clean, and it had everything needed for the stay. Beach access is just steps away from the lobby, easy and convenient.

Wonderful!!!

Rental was perfect for family of four! Spacious, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and spotless! Beach is right out door of the lobby. Rental chairs for $5 day on beach but owner also had three in the unit which was great. Cvs, restaurants, bars all easy, quick walk away. Old San Juan about a 12 minute drive. Escambron beach about ten min drive. We had a wonderful time. Owner is lovely and extremely responsive when we had questions and asked for some recommendations. Highly recommend!!

ESJ BEST LOCATION!

Family of 5 slept comfortably in this 2 bedroom, 1 half condo. Just as advetized. Chanda was GREAT.!! The beds and pillow wete very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need... but we bought too much food and ended up eating out mostly. The pool was big and beautiful but a lot of rules, sometimes my 10 and 11 year old didnt know how to enjoy it. Beach access is great, location is amazing. Close to airport, Old San Juan and restaurant restaurants, casinos, stores. We ended up getting most sonvorniers from Walgreens up the street. No real ocean view, but a slight viewing fro balcony. Pleanty of towels, sheets, pillows, pillow cases. Bring your toiletirs, swim suit and enjoy your vacations. GRACIAS

Great place!!

I truly loved my stay here. Place was fully stock with all necessities. Rooms were spacious and place was super clean, which was a plus for me. I felt so comfortable in this apartment. Location is near all you need, pharmacies, restaurants, beach and market. Totally recommend this for a family of five or less. Chana was also great from the check in to the check out. Thank you for a pleasant stay and we will definitely be back.

Needed more supplies

This building was under renovation and So I can understand some of the mess of the building but the entrance was very difficult to find and we had 24 hours of no power on the 4th day. The first 2 nights there was loud music playing all night long outside the building. The condo itself was clean and the pool was beautiful but compared to other VRBO's I have stayed at there was limited supplies. They only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and only 4 small towels total for 4 people. When I called the owner she did bring over more small towels but said we had to provide paper products. I will say the location was great and within walking distance of everything.

GreT stay

We really enjoyed staying at Chana’s place. Unfortunately COVID put a damper on being able to enjoy some of ESJ’s amenities or be able to enjoy the pool beyond 6 pm. Other than that the apartment was great and we enjoyed our stay. Will be back next year.

The BEST!!!!!

Where do I start. This condo is perfect. It’s in a great location, ministers from the airport, food shops and the beach is literally in the back yard of the building. Check in was smooth, we landed earlier than check in, although we wasn’t allowed to check in sooner, we were able to leave our luggage in storage and head to get some food walking distance. Everything we needed was in the condo, fully stocked kitchen, super clean beds and bedroom. The balcony is very nice and you get a glimpse of the ocean, breathtaking. The POOL was so much fun, and the VIEW THE POOL HAS TO THE OCEAN IS GREAT FOR pictures. We can’t say enough good things about this place. The owner was super sweet and called me to check and see if we needed anything lo We def are goin to book here again.

Location, location, location

This is the second time that we have stayed in on of Chana's condos in this building and we will certainly be back! The room is clean with a full kitchen and comfortably sleeps at least 6. It has three tvs and wifi so everyone was happy. The balcony allows you to sit outside and still enjoy the beautiful weather. The lobby of the building has a guide for travel (we didn't use), a full bar, restaurant, coffee shop and little store. In addition, towels are provided at the beach and the gorgeous pool. The room too is fully stocked with bath towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. It is also very roomy. The best part without a doubt though is that off of the lobby is Isla Verde Beach! It is literally steps away! The building rents chairs, but we were there for 10 days and it made more sense to buy chairs at one of the nearby stores. In addition to the amazing beach, this is walkable to the grocery store, drug stores and many restaurants. It is truly a perfect location!

Nice condo in Isla Verde

We enjoyed staying in Chana Cohen's condo at the ESJ Towers. The Condo was clean and comfortable. The staff at ESJ towers was very helpful. This typical 1970s condo building is a little dated. The pool and Isla verde beach are nice. We visited Old San Juan and the El Yunque rainforest which were marvelous. We can recommend La Casita Restaurant, Metropol, and Piu Bello. All are within walking distance. The sights are very crowded during the 4th of July holiday weekend. I can definitely recommend this condo.

Great Vacation in Puerto Rico

I have actually stayed in the ESJ towers on previous occasions because of the convenient location. This is the first time I stay in one of Chanas' apartments and had a great time.. The facilities were clean , well maintained and totally comfortable, even has Wi-Fi. The only downside is the view from the balcony, not much to it.I highly recommend the restaurant called " Made in Puerto Rico", great typical food and unique atmosphere.It is also walking distance from the apartment. I would definitely recommend this rental to my friends and family. I would also consider using it again in the future.

Great Experience!!!

We were pleasantly surprised as to how spacious the condo was. We are a family of 5 and everyone had enough room to move around. All the rooms were nicely sized. The master bedroom was very large. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances. The condo was very clean and in the 12 days we were there we did not see a single pest. There were extra towels and sheets provided.The beach was a few steps away .There were supermarkets close by to keep the kitchen stocked. We enjoyed visiting Pinones and the family enjoyed eating at Bebos where you can get the most bang for your buck. We are recommending this unit to our family and friends and plan to return again.

A great time!!

This apartment was great!! It was immaculate and looked exactly as the listing photo. From the moment we entered we knew it would be comfortable. The kitchen had new appliances and the bedrooms were very clean and gave us a good nights rest after a fun-filled day at the beach. The proximity of the ESJ to nightlife was just a short walk away. This was great for our 4 girl get away. Th property is also not far from Old San Juan. We definetly recommend it and our family will only rent from Chana Cohen during our visits to PR. She is always helpful and always provides us with a great rental property.

Get to know yourself

This will be my third time staying at Chanas its always like coming back home to family This is the perfect place to stay everything walking distance even buses ,book tours even a convience store if u dont want leave hotel Bring your cameras the view is breathtaking (sunsets) from balcony Casino and music next door This is one of the nicest beaches Chana has always come through when I needed her would not stay anywhere else. Her apts are clean and look like the photos Book tours to The Caves are great with the Observatory to see one of largest satellite dish Theres nver enough time to do all OLd San Juan just the take the bus outside Hotel
