The home features two cozy living rooms, perfect for relaxation.



Living room #1: A comfortable sectional sofa with seating for 5-6, and a 50-inch smart TV with streaming services.



Living room #2: A daybed with two twin mattresses, a twin sized couch for extra seating, and a 50-inch smart TV. There is a curtain that separates from the laundry room. There is no door.



High-speed WiFi, AC/fans, and other amenities like towels and complimentary toiletries ensure a comfortable stay.

The fully stocked kitchen has all the appliances and essentials you need, including over 10+ spices, a Keurig, an air fryer, and more! There’s plenty of space to cook with loved ones and enjoy hearty meals together, whether indoors or on the outdoor terrace.

This home offers 4 bright and elegant bedrooms outfitted with DreamCloud and Nectar king and queen-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, and plenty of storage.

Bedroom #3: Two Queen beds, closet, s, smart TV.

Two full bathrooms, one ensuite and one shared. Both bathrooms have bathtubs. For added convenience, there is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh your clothes during your stay.

This home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor relaxation areas. Soak up the sun in the heated pool, unwind on the lounges/daybed, and enjoy the putting green. The gazebo features a 40-inch smart TV. The covered terrace is ideal for entertaining with a large outdoor sectional, dining table, and 70-inch smart TV. Windows in the patio provide a refreshing breeze.



Guest Access:

All areas of the house are accessible to guests, except the back shed and locked indoor storage.



You'll have the entire home to yourself, shared only with guests in your party.



Free private parking is available on-site.



The Neighborhood:

Our charming house is located in the heart of Tampa, Florida, and is surrounded by many attractions! You'll be just 1.2 miles away from Raymond James Stadium. 



For baseball fans, the home is 30 minute walk away from Yankee's spring training. You will be only 15 minutes away from downtown making it easy to enjoy all that Tampa has to offer. Enjoy the beauty of the Hillsborough River and the many attractions along the 2.4-mile Tampa Riverwalk or take in a show at the historic Tampa Theatre, one of the city's most beloved landmarks (10 minutes away). Famous Busch Gardens is also only 15 minutes away. 





Explore the thrill rides, wildlife, shows, and more. For those looking to explore Tampa's natural beauty, there is Al Lopez Park (15 minutes walking), Lettuce Lake Park (20 minutes drive), a 240-acre park featuring boardwalks, nature trails, and a scenic lake. Families can head to the Lowry Park Zoo, a 63-acre park boasting over 1,200 animals and a variety of rides and attractions. 





Just 15 minutes away is the Florida Aquarium, offering interactive exhibits and a variety of animals to view. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops located in the surrounding area. You will enjoy the convenience of choosing between adventure, natural exploration, and relaxation. There is something for everyone.



Getting Around:

Ultimately, the best way to navigate around is by car. Car-sharing services like Uber or Lyft are widely available in this area to get to the nearest stadiums, attractions, restaurants, etc.

Numerous car rental companies like Hertz, Enterprise, and Avis are located all over the region including airports so you can easily rent a car.

Other Things to Note:

Heated Pool:

The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. It must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). Please notify me within one week of your arrival if you would like the pool heated. If not informed in advance, it may take 24-48 hours to reach the desired temperature. The pool will be heated to 83-88°F, or up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if outside temperatures are below 50°F. Note: The pool is not a hot tub.



Surveillance:

There is video surveillance at the front of the house and pool area for liability purposes only. A Blink camera is located at the back left of the house facing the pool, another camera is at the front right facing the driveway, and a Blink video doorbell is also active. These cameras are always on and recording.



Thermostat:

The thermostat is locked and cannot be set below 68°F.



Bedroom Closets:

One bedroom has a closet located right outside the room, but does not have an in-room closet.



Other Notes:



The pool light is not set up to work.



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any grill on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.





Lanai does not have heat or AC
