Welcome to our special home away from home in central Puerto Vallarta. Our 2 bedroom two and a half bath unit with a full kitchen sits 1 block from the beautiful ocean. 1 block from the exciting boardwalk (malecon) and steps from the famous cathedral. The Zona Romantoca is a short 5 minute walk. Plenty of food, bars and excitement steps away.

Relax in cozy the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi and take in the panorama of the mountains and the ocean. We are excited to share our place with you!

Everything was perfect from checking with miss Duarte waiting for us, the place being clean and the place being recently renovated it was a great stay and let’s not forget that is in the Centro Historico everything is near by

Everything about this place was fantastic. Asaf was an incredible host while we were there, making sure our trip went as well as possible. The location of the place is absolutely fantastic, leaving you a short distance to nearly everything, from the beaches, to the malecon, to Rio Cuale. The place itself is very easy to enjoy. Great amenities, a/c in every room, tons of closets to park and organise your stuff, nice TVs in each bedroom, and extremely comfortable beds and bedding. There's great high ceilings and clean and compact kitchen with new cookware and fully stocked with all the basic needs for an extended stay. Everything is modern and works well, the upstairs There's a great rooftop pool/hit tub setup with chairs and tables, and was never busy despite us staying from dec 21-28. You can't go wrong with this place.

January 2025 stay in PV

Beautiful, newly remodeled unit right in the heart of town. We were their first renters since the remodel, so a couple of things did need addressing during the stay, but they were smaller things and were addressed timely. I would recommend this place.

First time Puerta Vallarta visit

Our first time visiting PV where we wanted to be close to the city and experience the culture. This was a new listing that we took a chance on. It had many positives! Great location, a block from the Malecon, Uber pick up right outside entrance, short walk to the Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and several markets. All essentials were covered. It was clean, great a/c comfortable bedding, plenty of towels, paper products, kitchen utensils, iron, blow dryer, washer/dryer etc. Secured with an electronic lock which we liked. The only thing that it needed was a view! It has a great living room picture window, but it looks out to a building. Lobby elevator always worked -- has stairs too, but no railing which might be standard in Mexico. We had a couple of plumbing issues which the host addressed. Host was very responsive (excellent rating) Property Manager (concierge) gets a good rating. Needs improvement on answering calls and responding to text. Host was faster than concierge. Overall, even with no view, the apartment worked out very well for our first time visiting beautiful PV!
