This house was perfect for our family to stay for a few days! Plenty of room in the bedrooms, and a huge backyard. We loved the place!

The house was very nice and clean, and the host was very good with communicating with us. The area the house is located in is safe and very nice. The only issue we had was with having to look at the un-cared for house next door. Really an eyesore. 2 ft tall weeds growing out of the front eavestrough and uncut weed filled yard. The city should force people to clean up their property.This should not deter you from renting this property though. The back yard is very nice and totally fenced so you can't see the neighbor's property.

We were initially hesitant to book a place that allows pets, but the property was so clean that you couldn't tell pets had been there. The house was very comfortable for the 5 of us and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay there if we visit Chesapeake again!

We choses this home due to it's central location and quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely communicative and welcoming! My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Jason and Keyona’s place. The house was very clean and had all the amenities one could need. The house was in a fantastic neighborhood and close to stores and the interstate. We would defiantly rent from them again.

This home is very nice and comfortable and in a safe family oriented neighborhood near many restaurants and shopping. We found the furniture and beds very comfortable. Amenities and extras were plentiful, more so than the typical rental. There is a nice fenced in backyard if you have a pet or small kids.

The host was awesome, we really appreciated the "welcome" wall! Quick responses and clear instructions for in-check and out-check. Keyonna was SUPER responsive and helpful! Our flight ended up getting canceled due to weather so she quickly helped us add an additional night onto our stay. I rented baby equipment so let her know that would be picked up after we left, she inquired what I rented so she could possibly have that on hand for her next guests, I appreciated that she wanted to offer the best!The space itself was wonderful, everything was very comfortable and very clean! The neighborhood seems very sweet, we never felt unsafe or worried about our surroundings. It was a short drive to most restaurants/shopping. Highly recommend staying here - we will certainly bookmark this house for future trips!

My husband and I stayed at the house with my sister and one of my brothers. We really were very pleased with the location of the house and how welcoming our host was. I communicated with her that the creamers were not good and she had some new ones dropped off for us right away. Great stay! Definitely 5
