This house was perfect for our stay. There was a large group of 15 of us that all needed a bed for our annual trip and the beds and layout of the house were perfect for us. The location is nearby a cool brewery, quick Uber into downtown, and not far from river float options to the South. Everything in the house snd entertainment space in the back is as advertised and in great shape. The host is very responsive up to and during the stay. Highly recommend any large group looking for a place in Austin to stay here. Could not has asked for more at this price!

We absolutely loved this house! We had a group of 15 and there was plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The three large bathrooms made getting ready easy. The backyard is wonderful and the patio is enormous! Will plan to stay here next time we’re in Austin.

I rented the property for my family that was coming from out of state for my wedding. We wanted to all be together for a few days leading up to the wedding and the few days after. There was plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. It was a central location to downtown as well as the church and venue for the wedding. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great option for big group of guys

I am typically not a vrbo guy so I was initially hesitant to book this, but stayed here with group of 11 guys for a golf trip and we all enjoyed the house. Didn’t feel like a crusty vrbo where everyone had to ration toiletries and towels. Would definitely book again!
