INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


All credit card payments will incur a non-refundable 3.5% convenience fee. E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (provided they are submitted at least 30 days prior to check-in).

Great location, clean room, easy access to parking, check-in easy, and great view of the ocean and beach, which came with 2 chairs and an umbrella. We were there for July 4th and had a great view of the fireworks from the front balcony. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in your Island Princess Property! The only complaint is that there was only one working elevator. Also, we were told that we would be able to have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella during our stay. The beach attendant told us we had to pay in order to reserve our chairs. He was very rude also. I heard him get smart with a group when the elevator doors opened. They started to step in the elevator and he smarted off and said “there’s always someone coming off” this was the heavier beach attendant. Also need to stress to guests to make sure that the gate to the pool closes. I had to shut it several times. My fear was a child getting through the gate and falling into the pool. But this is not a reflection on our host at all!!! Just some pointers indoor other guests in the future!!! Beds are very comfortable!! Our condo was very clean. Dishwasher was hard to get to start. Communication was great!!! I would have left 5 stars for everything but it wouldn’t let me slide the page over to press the fifth star. Thank you for a wonderful week!!
