Our condo was clean and inviting; conveniently located across from our golf cart accessible beach access; located within a quiet and safe neighborhood. Everyone who we encountered on the property was friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the salt pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. We look forward to returning to this property in the future.

Outdated furniture. Stains on couches and chairs. Bedroom carpets worn and dirty/drab. Throw rugs tattered and dirty. Dust on all tv area surfaces and end tables. Hairs were in shower drain. Bedspreads worn and master was dirty. Mattress not comfortable. Golf cart was old, but it did run. Bikes had flat tire and torn bike seats. Dishwasher is old, but it worked. Flickering bathroom and kitchen light bulbs. Bath towels were good. Location was good. Quick response when we phoned with a question about what the WiFi password was.Except for how to operate TV’s, there was no written instructions like we usually have at rentals, i.e., where to take out trash, etc.

This unit has always received perfect reviews, including the cleanliness, so we are absolutely disheartened to hear that you had an issue. We do have housekeeping staff available 7 days a week should any issues ever be brought to our attention. We wish you would have let us know so we could have immediately sent someone over to correct these issues. We never want our guests to have less than a 5 star stay and will go out of our way to ensure that everything is perfect! Please accept our apologies.

A Dream Vacation

It started when we arrived to all the lights on in the house and easy listening music on all the TVs. It was a very pleasant start to our trip. The house was just like the pictures and we settled right in. We had never been to Sandestin before and we enjoyed our time exploring. We had so much fun that we will be back in the fall.
