East Matunuck State Beach est une courte distance de marche de ce chalet d'une chambre entiÚrement équipée situé dans le centre de tout.

Emballez la famille et dirigez-vous vers la plage pour une destination de vacances au Village at Potters Pond! Optez pour une baignade, kayak, paddle board tour ou mĂȘme quahog dans le Salt Pond, qui se trouve Ă  quelques pas de votre porte d'entrĂ©e. Prenez le dĂźner directement en face au capitaine Jacks ou le Matunuck Oyster Bar. Configurez vos jeux de pelouse, dĂ©tendez-vous avec vos amis / votre famille et allumez le gril.

Vous aurez accÚs rapide et facile à toutes les attractions de l'océan dans le Rhode Island, y compris Block Island, Point Judith, Galilée, Narragansett, etc.

Cette maison a une chambre avec un lit queen et deux lofts avec 2 matelas pour dormir plus.

Cette zone de vacances a été accommodant les familles et les voyageurs pour les générations. Il y a les bordereaux limités pour les bateaux de sorte s'il vous plaßt renseigner auprÚs de nous tÎt si vous souhaitez réserver un feuillet sur nos quais privés. Les frais sont seulement 30 $ / jour.

Nice place to stay

Only comment is that the ceiling height in the loft is only like 3 and a half feet! not made for adults! Clean, all other creature comforts we needed!

Day in Block Island

This is such a cute beach cottage! We enjoyed our stay (even though we wish it were longer). Greg provided thorough instructions for everything on the property (TV, AC units, etc.). We will definitely be looking to book here again! Thank you Greg for being an awesome host:)

Cute cottage

Great location, great food next door(Oyster bar) and easy walking to one of many locals beaches . Only 15 minutes to the ferry and many other attractions.

Great home base!

We had a great stay at The Shanty! It has everything you might need during your stay. My family has another property nearby so we used the Shanty as our home base and it worked out great. My kids loved having their own space in the loft. We will be looking into renting again next year.

Lovely Late Summer Stay in Rhode Island

We had an excellent stay at this mobile home. It was exactly as described. We had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. My children loved sleeping in the loft, and the master bed was comfortable with silky soft sheets. House was very clean! It is cozy, but we had plenty of space for our family of 4 - never felt crowded. The air conditioner kept us comfortable on 80+ degree days, and the WiFi could handle multiple devices. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We were able to easily travel to Narragansett, Newport, Watch Hill and Block Island by car/ferry. There were also two restaurants and a beach (plus the salt pond) within walking distance, which was nice for staying a bit local and having dinners with drinks. A couple pieces of advice - double check the hours of Cap n’ Jacks as they were closed two of the four days we were there, and reserve well ahead for the Matunuck Oyster Bar unless you like to have dinner at 10 pm. But both places are convenient and definitely worth a visit! We ate so much delicious seafood on this trip! Last thing, just a tip - if you are over 6 feet tall, the shower will be difficult. My husband and I are both 6 feet and our heads were less than 2 inches from the ceiling and we had to do a bit of a backbend to get our heads under the water. It was not a huge deal and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the trip, but should be noted in case a very tall person is considering booking.

A little gem

Very clean! Everything you would need to live away from home . Appliances, utensils, WiFi , sheets for the master bedroom and 1 set of towels for the bath. Accessible to beaches and dining . Quiet and safe ! We will be back !

S Kingston house

The location for ease of visiting this beautiful part of the country was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and two great restaurants. The unit it’s self was clean and very functional. Beds and pillows comfortable
would have like bedding for more than one bed to be provided. The outside deck was suitable for two, not much of a view. This tiny home was very comfortable and quite large.

Best Spot in East Matunuck

Great experience again on our vacation in East Matunuck! Our unit was scrupulously clean upon our arrival; Greg reached out both before and during our stay to make sure everything was going well. It was great to be 3 minutes from the state beach, restaurants, and our unit was located on a salt pond - heaven! We're already looking forward to our stay in the same unit next summer!

Cozy Spot Close to the Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean, quiet, cozy spot - perfect for a couple or small family get-away; option to walk to East Matunuck State Beach, and several great seafood restaurants near by. Greg was welcoming via phone and made sure everything was set for our arrival. We will definitely vacation here again!

Arrival time was 3pm. Called and left message with agent when we arrived. He was in Paris. He called his assistant. We called his assistant. We waited at the property for 2 hours waiting for a key. Kept calling agent and assistant. We finally searched for a key and found one under the hot water heater. After 3 days, the assistant never called or showed up. The unit was clean. No internet service.
