The garden features a spacious patio and a dedicated BBQ zone, made for outdoor dining and socializing. A lush lawn stretches across the property, dotted with a vibrant mix of palm trees and tropical plants for a true sense of paradise.

Unwind in the covered seating area behind the lanai screen, offering shade and comfort while keeping the bugs at bay — perfect for quiet mornings or evening cocktails. Whether you're lounging by the pool, hosting friends, or simply soaking up the tranquil surroundings, this garden offers the ideal blend of privacy, beauty, and functionality.

Property can be accessed via key lock box located at the property, code is sent on the day of arrival.

Directions:
From I-75, take Exit 200 onto SR-681 toward Nokomis and follow it south until it meets U.S. 41. Turn left onto U.S. 41 and continue into Nokomis, then turn right onto Bayshore Road. From there, turn right onto Picasso Drive, then another right onto Bellini Circle, where you’ll find 427 on your right.

Parking is available on site for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Parking is available on the street. Guests may access the garage, but guest cars must not be parked inside.

Per HOA Regulations - This property must be rented for a minimum of 30 nights. Home Owners desired minimum stay is 60-nights. If the travel dates you are looking for don't appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at The Bay and Key Collection.

For Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy bookings, Airbnb & VRBO, the below cancellation does not apply. Please refer to cancellation policy provided by this platform. For Direct Bookings, the cancellation policy is below:

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you'll be charged 100% for all nights.
