Shorewood 332 - Condo Oceanview 3e Ă©tage

Avec un balcon accessible par le salon et la chambre principale, les clients séjournant au Shorewood 332 bénéficient d'une vue magnifique sur l'océan Atlantique et la piscine Shorewood. AprÚs des heures de surf, les vacanciers reviennent de l'océan via la promenade de la plage de Shorewood, puis se baignent dans la piscine d'eau douce ou dans un spa chauffé en saison. La piscine est chauffée du 1er mars au 30 avril et du 1er octobre au 30 novembre. Les tout-petits ont une pataugeoire séparée. Shorewood est un immeuble d'ascenseurs de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Parmi les commodités offertes dans toute l'ßle Hilton Head, Shorewood se trouve à deux pùtés de maisons du marché de la plage de Coligny, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de magasins et de divertissements pour tous les ùges. We came to HHI for a music festival and found the property as advertised and comfortable. The unit was very convenient to the activities. Rented bikes through the Vacay life and were delivered and ready for use upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Easy access to the beach and umbrella / chairs were available for rent. Unit could use some additional glassware as we were washing glasses frequently. We will defiantly consider staying here again for future visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can tell the condo was recently updated which was nice. I appreciated that there were plenty of hangers and the washer and dryer worked well. The best way to describe it is basic and no frills which for the most part was fine for us. The furniture is mismatched and mostly outdated and not especially clean. There were no wall hangings or decor other than some fake plants and shells. It would have been nice to have some throw pillows on the couch and living room chairs. Some hooks in the entryway for bags, purses, etc. would be a great help. The kitchen was adequately stocked for us, but we didn’t cook. It probably wouldn’t be adequate for guests who would want to cook and sit down to have meals with more than 3 people. The location and the Shorewood complex more than made up for all of this in our opinion. Unfortunately the condo was not very clean which is a real problem for me. The kitchen and bathrooms were fine, but the kitchen table was dirty and the floors were filthy. The beds and bathroom vanities had dust and trash from previous visitors under them. Luckily there was a swiffer in the closet and when I used it, I could tell that floors had not been cleaned in a while. The primary bathroom toilet seat was missing a bolt so it flopped around when you sat on it. It took a couple of tries to get a response from the management company, but when they did respond they were quick to fix it. I am not sure if we would stay here again. If we did, I would have to bring some items from home to make it more comfortable and I would plan to do some cleaning.

Great, easy stay

We spent three nights (three adults, two kids <10) here and had a great experience. The condo has been updated and was very clean, and everything was in good working order. Parking was easy, beach access was convenient, pool was kid-friendly, and the location was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

However, as with everything these days, prices on most units have inflated and were out of our price range and we were looking elsewhere. Someone must have cancelled and this unit popped up in our price range and I was excited. The unit itself could use some repairs/updates, but that would most likely put it in a new price range. Everything was satisfactory, and the view/location in unbeatable. If you are willing to sacrifice staying in an updated “fancy” condo for a better price range and same amenities/location, then this is your best bet.

The unit we stayed in was not very clean.

We definitely over paid for this property. Stains on the carpet. Broken dining chairs. Kitchen drawers that fell out when you pulled them out. A good view of the ocean and close to the beach. The unit needs to be updated.

This is at a very nice location and we really enjoyed the area however the place really needs some updates. Bedroom blinds were broken and beds very uncomfortable. Only good thing was the view and location.

The complex was beautiful and in top condition. The condo is a spacious well designed space that is in need of love as it is a bit outdated. The unit and kitchen were well stocked but the cabinets were in poor repair. It was very clean and that is most important to us. It has a large balcony with a beautiful view. All in all we had a fantastic stay and hope to stay here again.

The handle to the patio door was broken making it very hard to open and close. Strips of the blinds in the master bedroom were missing so there was no privacy. you were able to see through to the balcony. Two utensil drawers had signs on them to be careful when opening the drawer because it will fall out. Minimal kitchenware,,, So many more flaws in this condo

The door look would get stuck and cabinets needed repaired . Some of the window blinds were missing . But overall clean and met our needs . Especially for the price it was a great deal .

Great location and view but really needs updating

I can't believe anybody would rent out a vacation property that has kitchen drawers that fall out. (A note is taped to the top edge of the drawers warning "Drawers will fall out). REALLY! Also, carpet is worn out and dirty and patio chairs are rusted and broken. Not what you expect in HILTON HEAD!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in Shorewood many times so I knew the location would be great. This unit however is very outdated. The kitchen drawers had warnings that they would fall out if opened too far. The window blinds were missing slats. The patio doors had not been replaced when many in the complex were several years ago. There was no TV in the second bedroom. The unit was clean.

Nice Stay

This property is exactly what was advertised. The unit was comfortable and served its purpose. Everything was functional and operational and had everything that you could need for the time spent inside. This unit has quick access to the pool, beach, and if in walking distance of everything you can need.
