Newly Refurbished, 1 Bed/1 Bath in our Cape Canaveral location. Accommodations include: Queen bed and a Queen sized pull-out in the living room. Flat screen TV’s in the Bedroom and Living room. Free WiFi throughout. full sized appliances, including toaster, blender and coffee maker, Washer and Dryer in the unit. Beautiful wooded pathway with grilling areas. Pedestrian Friendly Area; Short walk to the Beach, Close to the Library and Recreation Center.

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Host was very quick to answer questions and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Very close walk to the beach and restaurants too!

Absolutely wonderful property! The property manager was amazing amd very accommodating with our large truck and motorcycle trailer. Everything was just as described and its right near everything you could want!

Very Accurate

This was a great place to stay before our cruise. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and the community seemed nice. It is a 10-minute drive to the pier. The kitchen comes stocked enough to prepare your meals. We would stay here again. Thank you

Good option to stay at before cruise.

We had a good stay before our cruise. Nice neighborhood, located near shopping areas. Check in was off due to room not being done before our arrival and code was not what originally told to be. Overall, happy with our experience and would stay again.

The property was beautiful. Everything was easy to find and access. The host Jean was helpful and available by phone. We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to everyone!

Cape Canaveral Cutie

Fabulous authentic bungalow 10 minutes from Cape Canaveral beach and view of the launchpad. The one bedroom/ one bath unit was decorated in beach fashion and was very clean and quiet. One of the nicest feather was an outdoor shower to clean up after time at the beach. Although the launch for today was scrubbed, we will be back. The perfect place to park your car and walk where you need to go and no worries about parking

Good location

Unit is as pictured- nicely decorated, well appointed kitchen, though needs at least one good kitchen knife (there was zero). Few blocks from the beach but easy walk. Bed was a little too hard for my liking but hubby and I still slept well. Stayed 3 nights. There was an automatic air freshener high on the wall we were not fans of, but I think that’s something they do in the area as I noticed them in other businesses. Could use a couple of ‘comfy’ chairs out the patio doors to enjoy morning coffee. There was plastic dining chairs and table.

Nice place for a quick getaway.

Very convenient to the port. Very clean and inviting. I wish I would have booked another day or two. Only negatives were that maintenance came at 8am while we were sleeping. He knocked said maintenance and by the time I got to the door he was already walking in. He apologized and said he would come back later, but then goes around to the slider and is making all kinds of noise. Clearly wasn’t thinking about disturbing us then we got a late check out of 11am, but at 10:50 knock knock and before I could get to the door the cleaning lady was coming in. Maybe knock and wait more than 10 seconds before entering a room.

An amazing weekend after our cruise

My family and I went on a cruise, and then went to Cape Canaveral for three nights just to relax and enjoy the beach before flying back home. Our cruise was fantastic and everything we hoped it would be, but honestly, our stay at Cape Canaveral came in a VERY close second. The condo was superb, CLEAN, cozy, and we all loved not having to carry around a key! The keyless entry was easy and convenient. Although there’s a walk to the beach, it’s not far, and it’s actually a nice, enjoyable walk. We didn’t dread it, even though we made a million trips back and forth a day lol. The beach itself was gorgeous, and we could see the Kennedy Space Center rocket launchers from the beach! How cool?! The people there were friendly and kind, and it’s made me want to move there. No joke. Jean from CocoSands was phenomenal, and I’m very appreciative of her helpfulness and patience with me lol. What a wonderful lady she seems to be! I HIGHLY recommend staying here! I have zero complaints whatsoever.
