Il s'agit d'une chambre d'une chambre, une salle de bain meublée avec un lit king-size dans la chambre privée et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes. Le salon est meublé avec une téléviseur à écran plat de 40 "avec programmation HD. La cuisine est équipée d'une cuisinière à gaz 4 feux, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un micro-ondes entre autres petits appareils de cuisine. juste à l'extérieur de votre unité, il y a un petit pont meublé avec deux chaises pour s'asseoir et peut-être profiter d'un café sur un bon matin avant de frapper les plages.

Le complexe offre une piscine idéale pour se rafraîchir au chaud de l'été mais aussi chauffée pendant les mois d'hiver pour un plaisir toute l'année. Il existe plusieurs grilles dans la zone de grillage de la propriété juste à côté de la rive de Herron Lagoon. Beaucoup de chaises longues et sièges autour de la piscine et une grande zone de pont pour se baigner au bord du lac.

La propriété est située à moins de 10 minutes de la suivante. À moins d'un mille de la plage la plus proche, Turtle Beach, à 1,5 km des restaurants et magasins les plus proches, à 3 miles de la principale plage publique de Siesta Key et à 4 miles de Siesta Key Village. L'île offre de nombreuses options de services gratuits de conduite (conseils seulement) pour vous emmener dans l'île.

Siesta Heron is a gem! We loved having morning coffee on the deck by the water, the heated pool and the easy access to the trolley. Great location. The unit was clean and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful!

Great getaway

Perfect location for a winter getaway. Can walk or bike to Turtle Beach or Crescent Beach. The place was clean and modern with excellent wifi and all the beach items we needed (chairs, towels, umbrella).

Basic but comfortable

We stayed for 2 weeks in a one bedroom condo , it was basic , clean and comfortable . The swimming pool was very nice with plenty of seats and chairs to lounge about in . There were washing machines and dryers available to use free of charge , chairs and equipment for use at the beach ,Kyaks and bikes . Well situated for visiting the beaches and surrounding areas.

The pool pump was not working until the afternoon of our second day and the pool was full of leaves and looked dirty so we missed using the pool as we checked out this morning.

Thanks for staying, pool pump was working as it should. Your stay was during a period of time when all the oak trees dropped their leaves (about a 2 week period this year), even though we had the pool cleaned every morning, yes, there were some leaves in the pool at times.

peace and quiet on Siesta Key

As advertised, a clean and efficient villa on Siesta Key. The kitchen was nicely appointed with everything to cook a few hot meals. The laundry machines and bikes were much appreciated. I had a bit of trouble getting the door to lock properly, disappointed that the rental agency never replied when I left a weekend voice message asking for assistance.

Thank you for choosing to stay at Siesta Heron Suites & Villas on Siesta Key. Each unit is inspected between guests by no less than 3 individuals. Is it possible that we may miss a detail, Yes. however, the front door lock not locking would be impossible to miss. The locks are also electronic and we can confirm it is locking and unlocking remotely. The lock was then specifically inspected and confirmed to be working properly upon this guests departure. The weekend number would be for emergency use only. A call into the office the following morning would have reached our reservationist who would assist in walking a guest through the process of locking a deadbolt.

No hairdryer in our bathroom. Bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Squirrels running around in the attic in the middle of the night. Living room furniture was very dated and not comfortable at all. Laundry facilities were not operational during our stay. We were told to use another location. Can honestly only give this place two stars.

Plenty of space in the kitchen, the bathroom as spacious and updated, large comfortable bed. There was a dehumidifier that was on when we got there so we did not think anything of it until it started to leak as the water collection tank needed to be emptied. It was not a nuisance at all, just something worth mentioning. The added amenity of having bikes and kayaks was really nice! We utilized the bikes twice to ride to turtle beach. Would definitely return for another visit!

As advertised - clean + functional + great location!

My husband and I enjoyed a 3-night getaway to Siesta Key in February 2022. We booked last minute and could not find much available in our price range. I was honestly very hesitant to book Siesta Heron 4 because every time a customer has given any critical feedback in this forum, the response from the manager/company seems to be that this person's criticism is WRONG. My grandfather ran a successful business and always taught me, "The customer is always right". Anyway, the manager who leaves comments to people's reviews ought to check his defensiveness and be appreciative of people's honest feedback. These units are small, quiet, well equipped, and nicely appointed. The location is great. Biking to Turtle Beach was awesome! We did find that the first three bikes we tried to take one morning were in disrepair - broken chains and flat tires. We found two in working order and were on our way. We didn't swim but found the pool and outside space to be uncrowded and lovely. We would stay here again!

There is only 1 negative review out of 28 among another 80+ on other platforms. That guest was indeed wrong and I will always stand up for facts and correctness "Pictures do not look anything like what we rented" - wrong, "the number on the sign is no longer in service" - wrong. So, the customer is clearly not ALWAYS right as you stated. One guest noted that the room was warm and we replaced the entire mini-split system with central air conditioning at the very next opportunity. So long as guests read the listing, look through the pictures, read information provided to them, and respect the rules of the property, 99% of guests will have an enjoyable and memorable stay.

The place has just been upgraded inside and is well done. The bathroom shower is quite large. The king size bed is very comfortable. We had a slight problem with the coffee maker as it wasn't working and it took a few days to get a new one. John was very apologetic and not quite sure why things couldn't get resolved a little quicker. Also, the rental shows bikes as part of the deal but there are none to use as apparently they are under new management. This was disappointing as this was one of the reasons we booked. All in all, the place was perfect for our needs and was very clean and spacious for a one bedroom rental. We consider using it in the future and would recommend.

Thank you for choosing to stay at Siesta Heron. There was no issue with the brand new Keurig coffee maker, the provided instructions just needed to be followed. There are bikes available at the property and are first come first serve, of course we will never have 40 some bikes available so everyone at the property can get one however we do also have some additional bikes available upon request and no request for the bikes was made by these guests.

Everything was as listed. There were 3 beach chairs available when we stayed, but they were starting to fall apart. We didn’t use any amenities available on-site, instead opting to go to the public beaches. Highly recommend taking the free buses downtown / to the beach to avoid the parking fees and congestion!

Closest I’ll get to Hawaii before retirement

Our stay was great. We had a lot of fun running, walking, biking to the beach. We would’ve loved to paddle board in canal in back, but the current seemed too strong the first few times we checked. Bikes were an absolute hit!!! Be sure to read the fine print- when you’re at store in town (1/2mile away) pick up roll of toilet paper. The other surrounding units were occupied and everyone was so nice and quiet. The weather was perfect. We loved that slight breeze. Uber price to airport was $38.

Cute place clean but dated

We enjoyed our stay at Siesta Heron - great quiet neighborhood- small grouping of condos which was nice - on a pretty lagoon on which we kayaked. Provided free laundry, bikes, canoes and a nice clean pool. Apartment was spacious and clean but pretty dark - other guests were pleasant and we appreciated being a little removed from the hectic scene a Siesta Beach which is VERY popular this time of year. Also enjoyed a couple small local restaurants nearby. This was our first time on Siesta Key and we loved it - will return!

Quite little place tucked away

When we arrived, we found that no management was onsite. We had to correspond through e-mail, sign an agreement and then the door code was e-mailed to us before we could enter. The door lock code would not work until exactly our check in time of 3:00p. From the photo's we imagined the deck just outside of the back door. Nope, you had to walk around in back of property to get to it. The Beach is about 1 mile away and had ample parking. We also had a hard time finding the drive way to the property after dark. Other than the shower not having any pressure, the place was nice. It is an older building that has been renovated and updated. It was clean and the fellow residents were friendly. We found it convenient to restaurant's and shops by driving 3-5 miles. It felt secure, and safe, and we would most likely stay there again. The cleaning lady was very nice on the morning we checked out, other than that, we were given most information by the few residents there by the pool. Where to eat, location of beach etc.

Thank you for staying. This is an individually owner condo within a small development of just 7 units, there is no on-site management. The images start with all the community amenities available to guests and is followed by a picture of the front doors to the units and their individual paver patios out in front of each unit.

Just as described!

This was the perfect place for my fiancé, daughter, and myself! Everything was just as described/pictured. The paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes were AMAZING! We didn't utilize the bicycles with my daughter being little but knowing they were available made this place even sweeter. This was our first time visiting Siesta Key and will definitely consider coming back to this place if we decide to visit again in the future.

5 Day Stay at Turtle Beach

Clean property, quiet, away from the “hubbub”-in Turtle Beach area of the island- but still convenient to stores and restaurants. King size bed was nice in the bedroom, nice size closet in there and also the bathroom. Big, nice shower, Nice kitchen with nice stainless appliances, granite countertops, but sparse cooking utensils and other dishes. Limited towels in the bathroom for a week’s stay (we didn’t want to buy or bring detergent and spend time doing laundry while on vacation.) However, having laundry facilities on site for use was a nice option. Furniture looked nice, but sitting on the couch was not comfortable; it felt “broken down” and didn’t offer any support or cushion at all. We moved some furniture around and used an air mattress in the living room as a second bed instead of using the one that pulls out from the sofa since the couch so uncomfortable to sit on. While there, the smoke alarm seemed to super sensitive and would be set off anytime the oven or stove was turned on, even to be warmed up, before even beginning to cook…even cooking eggs on the stove would set it off. It was quite the nuisance. The pool was fantastic to cool off in at the end of the day after coming in from the beach. My cousin and I usually had it all to ourselves. It was fantastic! There is a trolley stop literally across the street from the property. Overall, a nicely appointed and clean property, but would be nice to have more towels throughout the week for the kitchen and bathroom to use and more options for utensils and other dishes in the kitchen as well. And perhaps update the couch to something more comfortable and sturdy.

Thanks for staying and glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. To make sure there is no misunderstanding for future guests, this is not a hotel. These are privately owned vacation homes. There are two sets of towels provided per guest on the reservation. There is no housekeeping so yes, you would be doing laundry at the on-site laundry facility if you are staying for longer than a few days. The couches in the living rooms are currently less than a year old as they were all replaced during the shut-down last year. Sleeper sofas are not usually comfortable and these are no exception to that. We have never had an issue with the smoke alarms, they are placed where they are required to be placed per code. The kitchen is stocked with all essential utensils needed for light cooking.

Quiet Retreat

We were very pleased with the quiet area that the villa was in. The villa was just the right size for the two of us. Everything was updated and clean. The kitchen could have used a can opener and grill utensils. It had a Keirug coffee maker. The pool was very nice and clean. There were two gas grills for the seven villas to use, but only one worked. We used the grill several times. Appreciated the laundry facilities . Plenty of new/large washer and dryers There were bikes, canoes, paddle boards and beach chairs for anyone to use.

Hidden Escape

This was a wonderful little and peaceful place to stay. Would be nice if they had dish rags and maybe an additional kitchen towel but that is complete Minor. It was an extremely nice and peaceful place to stay. Can’t wait to book again next year.
