Overall We had a great experience staying at this location being first time in NY. The location was close walk to subway which was extremely convenient however on weekends the stations nearby were close so we had to walk 15 min to the nearest subway station. While the place it self was excellent few things that did bothered us. The neighborhood was little sketchy specially when returning back at night time, The walk up to the stairs to get to the unit was really painful, too much outside noise coming inside the which did impact the sleep for folks sleeping in living room. The curtains were very light so in the morning we had son right on our face. We had great experience with the host and overall property from inside was very clean and looked recently renovated which was very nice. I would recommend this property for folks planning a trip to NY. We enjoyed it.

The hosts were very responsive and quick to address any concerns. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived, but it was resolved right away. The apartment was clean, well stocked, beautifully updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is just a short walk from the subway, which made getting around convenient. While the surrounding neighborhood was quiet at night, walking in a group felt necessary given the location. The apartment itself was a wonderful place to stay and offered a comfortable, enjoyable experience.

The space was exactly what we needed for our week long excursion into NYC. Located just off the 6, we had easy access to main attractions throughout the 5 boroughs. Spacious rooms that slept all 5 of us. The kitchen allowed us to cook meals and have space for meals. The vibrant neighborhood had a handful of great restaurants and minus weekend evenings it was quiet. Lastly, and it must be said, the management staff was amazing and helped out quickly throughout our stay. Looking forward to our next stay!

My friends and I stayed here for two nights and fell in love! It is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with lovely decora very clean! Host was kind enough to leave us beverages stocked in the fridge! Conveniently locked near the train station. Lovely restaurants next door, we a convenient store two doors down. Perfect location if you plan to travel all around nyc.

The apartment was amazing; and it exceeded the description on Vrbo. The fixtures and appliances were all new; the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled; the bedrooms were fresh and comfortable; and the accomodations were awesome. The apartment is very close to the highway, thus, very convenient to access in/out of the city, etc. And, the host and her on-site property manager (Therese) were fully accessible and accomodating during our stay. Beautifully remodled home with all the added touches to help you disconnect from the busy city. Host was accomodating and attentive. Bedding was dreamy and towels were fluffy and fresh. Definitely five star accommodations. You must be physically fit to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. Do your research on the area surronding the home so that you can safely plan your trips home at night (car service). We are a mom and daughter (with lots of street smarts), so we made out just fine.

We had the most wonderful stay. The guest service is unmatched, and the location was fantastic there are convenient, markets, nearby, restaurants, cafés…you name it! Next door is a restaurant run by the same host(s) as the unit. It offers delicious food, has a fabulous vibe and weekly karaoke! There is a great neighborhood feel in this area. It was an incredibly close walk to the subway which was very easy to navigate. Additionally, to find a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a washer/dryer in NYC, is like finding a unicorn! From this location we traveled with ease to the Upper East and Upper West sides, Midtown, Washington Heights, Astoria, Brooklyn, Governor’s Island, etc. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Again - I can’t say enough good things about this property and would like to reiterate how OUTSTANDING the service and communication are. The best of the best!!!
