Pros - location, views, perfect size for a couple, clean, bed was good, beach fantastic, spring break and no college parties…just families..awesome!Cons - construction currently going on in the building, extra parking fee, bathroom cabinetry is a little tired

Perfect

Condo was just perfect! Easy access to elevator and the gulf view was awesome. The Phoenix staff was very accommodating and friendly too. I would highly recommend booking condo 3085 and plan to return soon.

We loved it!! There was nothing about our stay that was sub par!

Everything in the condo was clean and good quality. There was nothing missing that was supposed to be in the condo. We had a great time and wanting to go back!

Great location

Only disappointment. Dryer in condo never worked. Contacted management several times and said they would turn over to maintenance but was never repaired.

Great place for 2!

This was a great location and the outdoor deck was nice. I can’t imagine more than two people being in this location unless they were young kids. But I’m also used to two bedroom locations with my family. Check in and check out were very easy great communication. It was nice having Security on the complex. We were guaranteed parking so the parking lot was never too full and we just felt safe. My only issue is the deck to the left of us had smokers out on the deck every morning and every night when we wanted to be out there, something to the front desk they said they let Security know which they might have to stop people from doing that so rude when it’s a non-smoking location We would stay at the location again and especially use the company we used

Great beach vacation

We had a great vacation staying at Phoenix III! The condo was clean and fully stocked for all our needs. The view was awesome! We could sit out and watch the waves and look over the pool too! Check in was super simple and every staff member we encountered was friendly. They could update the living room furniture, couch was hard and the chairs were both small and slightly uncomfortable if you were trying to relax in them. However, overall we would stay there again!!!

Everything was great! 8th floor fantastic view of beach. Easy access and extremely close to beach. Lot's of great restaurants close by. Very happy with our stay!
