Imagine waking up to the serene views of a peaceful pond & the beauty of nature. Cozy in Clearwater is a slice of paradise located centrally to all your favorite Clearwater hot spots. We are in a non evacuation zone. Our refreshed 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home has a maximum occupancy for sleeping 10. There is a heated inground pool. The backyard is park like with a pond & a path to stroll along. We are seasoned hosts with great ratings & will continue to do our best to create a relaxing stay. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and a TV. One bedroom is on the first floor and two are on the second floor. The first floor bedroom has a walk in closet. There is also a sofa bed in the living room and a small sofa bed in the sunroom. It has a saltwater heated inground pool. There is an additional Sun deck, a pond, a walking path and a designated area for pets. It also has a laundry room. There are loungers, chairs and a Blackstone grill in the pool area.
