Cleanly and centralized

Clean house, central location and garage is a plus! Jen is great, super responsive and attentive. Affordable for the island.

This was a wonderful getaway spot for friends who rarely get to see one another.There is plenty of space for everyone and so much room for when we all wanted to do our own thing.It is really close to restaurants and Cocoa Village which has great shops, restaurants, and activities for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, theater, and game room. We had plenty of space for playing board games and for eating together as a group. The best thing for me was that Bill was flexible enough that he washed my bedding in detergent for sensitive skin and allergies.We enjoyed the view from the second floor deck attached to the primary bedroom.We decorated for a birthday as well.
