Welcome to your delightful Sioux Falls home! This bright and airy efficiency apartment is the perfect spot for your trip to Sioux Falls. Recently updated with everything new, this apartment lets you feel the comforts of home while on the road.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker; everything you need to make a wonderful meal. Or, if you rather, there are numerous restaurants on Minnesota Ave just two blocks from this home that can be sampled in a moment.
The Murphy bed has a high quality mattress for you to have a restful night's sleep. It can easily be put up in the day to enjoy more space. The bathroom is spacious and well stocked for your stay.
There is a washer and dryer that is free to use just down the stairs of this apartment that is shared with the rest of the building.
Have some fur babies? They are welcome to join you in this pet friendly apartment with a pet fee. Limit of 2 please.
For your comfort, this space has a parking lot for you to keep you vehicle on. We also have complimentary Wi-Fi for you to stream your favorite shows on the smart TV.
