Hi Jason, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately at this point the pool heater is not available and once they are it will be at extra charge but I hope you're still able to enjoy the beach and nice sun rise and sunset on the backyard.

From the photos you shared, it looks like you caught some fish and even got to see a manatee, which is always a special experience for our guests! We’d also like to clarify a couple of things for future guests. The pool was professionally serviced on the morning of your arrival. After treatment, the water can appear slightly cloudy for a short time while the chemicals circulate, which is completely normal. Additionally, during this season, small bugs are common throughout our area, especially near the water, and are not unique to our property. As for the home, while it isn’t a brand-new or ultra-modern house, we take great pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It has been updated over the years, and we continue to make improvements as part of our long-term investment in the property. We strive to provide an enjoyable, relaxing stay and feel the home offers great value for families looking to enjoy everything our area has to offer.
