This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence is perfect for families and groups seeking a convenient and comfortable stay. The open-concept living area features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher. Enjoy cozy evenings in the living room, complete with a Smart TV and wireless internet.
Downstairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen and a bedroom with two doubles. These bedrooms both have a private bathroom. The master suite upstairs boasts a queen-sized bed and private updated walk in shower. The fourth bedroom holds a queen bed and the 5th bedroom has one full size bed and a set of bunks. These two bedrooms are attached by a Jack N Jill style bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs.
Step outside to the serene surroundings, where you'll find a community pool, perfect for a refreshing dip, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The property also features a golf cart outlet for easy access to the nearby attractions.

All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBOâs platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
