Breakaway from Orlando

Central location to Indian Rocks, Clearwater, John’s Pass, Madeira Beach…etc. street noose was a little noisy with cars racing at night bit after one night we barely noticed it. Spacious and wel stocked with essentials for our stay. Will glady stay here again.

We came to the Clearwater area for the first half of our family spring break. The house had everything we needed and our stay couldn’t have been better. The host was very accessible and a big help. We Will be coming back.

Great family place

We had a great stay. It was simple to check in. The available amenities in the kitchen made it easy to grocery shop with out needing a lot of extras. It was close to the beach but away from the crowds. Close to a waking path for early morning runs, and there was a play set out back to keep the kids entertained short term.

Close proximity to anything you want to do.

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer January 9, 2023. So this was my last getaway before surgery. The experience was phenomenal. Very family oriented and a feeling of being home. Will definitely be booking again.

Overall, please with property. Good location and within 20-30 minutes of most things. Backyard was nice and kids loved playset. Videogame console and board games were also an hit. Only issues or corrective suggestions would be with the range (didn’t hold temp) and tv remotes (all batteries dead throughout house).

Excellent Home

We have never personally booked a home, my husband and I usually stay in hotels. On this trip our son, dil, and grandson (just under 1) were joining us and we were visiting other family. We decided renting a home would be easiest with the baby. This home was perfect! Lot's of open space and the swing in the backyard was the cherry on top!

Clean, comfortable and cozy

We just needed a place to stay for a night Near a family members wedding reception. Communication was easy, and the house was exactly as described. We all agreed that we wanted to stay longer. Everything was very clean and neat. The house truly felt like “the escape”. If the need ever arises again we will be renting this house. It felt like a true vacation home

Lotsa space and thoughtful items

Large space, perfect parking! Excited they had creamer and sugar there to use! Lots of beach items, so no need to pack those! Kids toys included! Loved your closets and the fact that you had suitcase holders! Thank you for the little special things,adds up to a great stay!

Home going service

This was a great pick from the start. I had a minor hick-up w/directions called Trent he called back within minutes. The house is really clean and spacious. My grandkids love the double showers in master suite.(water could be hotter)😏Kitchen is well stocked. Added bonus all the beach accessories you need. Great stay for a short visit.

The Escape

This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in! And that's saying a lot considering a major hurricane event happened during my stay. It's called The Escape and the name is fitting. The home is very clean, well furnished, well stocked. Everything you need is here. Just bring your family and your luggage. The home is spacious. The rooms are all comfortable. The yard is large and neat. Easy drive to all amenities. Great location for exploring Pinellas county and beaches. The Property Host is phenomenal. Very attentive and responsive. I will book this again!

Overnight Trip

We scheduled a day at the beach and were going to stay in this house that night. However, due to an emergency medical issue, we had to leave the beach early and head back to Orlando. Therefore, we did not spend the night. We did use the house for a quick shower and change after being at the beach. The house is fantastic. It looks even better in person than the pictures show. We were very disappointed we did not get to spend more time there and hope we will in the future. We would definitely book this again. Trent is awesome and responds very quickly to questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

Dirty, and Broken Items

I have never given a bad review for a vacation house before, but I was so disappointed at this stay. The first thing we noticed, was that when we walked into the room with the twin beds, it smelled like pee. Sure enough, one of the twin beds had a massive pee stain on the top of the comforter. We didn't even have to pull the sheets back to see it, it was right on top. Obviously grossed out, I messaged the owner to notify him, but did let him know that we didn't need that bed, so to not come out that night. My biggest issue was if something that big and obvious was missed, I now questioned the cleanliness of the rest of the property. The owner apologized but did nothing to try and make it right. In the morning, we noticed the trash can was broken. Not something we would complain about. Just want to notate it, since obviously this property is not being taken care of properly.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive for five star cleanliness as noted in our many prior reviews and are sorry that this was not your experience. Our cleaner does clean each bed every turnover and apologizes that there was a slight stain she was unable to remove that she had not initially noticed. To address the issue, we have replaced the twin beds' bedding in entirety. We had also ordered a new garbage can before this stay but it had not arrived by then.
