-Our home has exterior security cameras. One by the main entrance, another on on the back facing the parking space, another by the pool.
- *Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
