Enjoy this beautiful modern beachside condo!!

Spectacular views from your own balcony. Open kitchen/living room. 2nd work area with sink. Spacious master bedroom with jetted tub plus 2nd bedroom. Washer and dryer in Private community heated pool. Private beach access!!

Close to ice cream shops, cafes and eateries and trolley. Food market and convenience store across the street. Previous renters have been coming back for 11 years!!! Quiet. Has elevator but top floor is also walkable. Cabana for beach storage stocked with toys, chairs and umbrella. Grill by pool area. Comfortable with Key West feel. Very family friendly. Quiet building. Ceiling fans, smoke alarms and A/C in all rooms , nice breeze , double sliding doors to beach view.

Beach toys and umbrella, across from pickleball courts, library and skateboard park. New Deli and produce shop across street. No car needed, trolley runs all along beach from St. Pete to Clearwater. Extra air mattress for a single. Great for snowbirds and perfect summer retreat.

The condo was a nice place to stay. The host and hostess are hands-on and keep their property in very good condition. One lovely things plus is that you can see the sunset from the balcony.

Week of Relaxation

Indian Rocks is always one of my favorite beaches to visit. Staying here made it so much more enjoyable. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was thought of. We all had an amazing time The best part we got to swim with dolphins that just happened to be right in the area Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Relaxing beach vacation

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Right on the beach with a pool. The kids loved just getting up, grabbing towels and floats and going to swim.Marty and Ellen were easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions.

The condo was beautiful, well maintained, and provided a comfortable stay on a beach that was wasn’t too crowded. Condo is in easy walking distance to small local grocery, restaurants, shopping. Property owners were in contact and provided information and support which was much appreciated.

Loved the balcony, location, and convenience of this condo. It was very private. We rarely saw anyone else in this complex. It felt like we had it all to ourselves. Ellen and Marty were very responsive to all needs. We would love to visit again.

Usually come to IRG in April and weren't sure about October. Need not have worried! Weather was amazing and the beach was not crowded. The condo was just as lovely as our last two visits. Still comfortable, clean and well stocked. Nothing beats the gulf view from the covered balcony! Absolutely gorgeous as were the sunsets on the beach. This was our third visit. We will be back.

Beautiful location & very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Our only complaint was the loud construction on the property next door, which we know the owners can not help.

Location can’t be beat!

Trolly stop right next door, great view, easy beach access Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Condo well equipped and clean. Condo complex is small and friendly. Only 2 other families staying same time as us but felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Communication with owners great and very resourceful!!

Beautiful

This place was just as listed. Very clean and beautiful. All the people in the complex were very friendly. The pool was relaxing and just steps from the beach. The cabana had all the beach necessities you need. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again. Marty and Ellen were great to work with and answered all our questions.

Amazing view and beach access

The pictures on the listing are good but the actual experience is even better. The unit is very large and comfortable. The patio is the best feature with views of the gulf. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Ceiling fans in each room is a plus. Beach access is very easy and the elevator is great! Indian Rocks Beach is a great area with lots of dining options. Shopping is nearby (walking distance) and access to larger retailers is 10 mins away by car. We were there in April and the beach was not busy. We will be back!

We loved our stay here. The condo is a nice 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining area with a balcony. There is a private pool for the condo. It would be nice to have an umbrella out there to sit under but the pool was comfortable and fun to swim in during the evenings. The beach is only 40 steps away and was never really crowded. There are tons of places within walking distance including restaurants, ice cream, beach stores, delis, mini-marts, and more. We had a washer and dryer so we could easily wash and re-wear some outfits and swimwear. Marty was communicative and helpful during our stay. We have already talked about coming back again.

So to avoid the cold winter months, we have recently purchased this great open condo to share with others as well. Room for two couples or a family, also air mattress for little ones . We love the beach and hope to also enjoy time at this lovely place . Recently retired and ready to have a second home when it is not rented to friends like you!!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Location is perfect, near minimarkets, ice cream shops and cafe' and restaurants , easy to just walk across the street so a car is optional. The beach views are spectacular as well and it is close enough with activities for the kids like a water park, summer sailing camp , paddle boarding plus charter fishing, wind surfing and the aquarium . All within 15 minutes. So much fun for the perfect vacation retreat.
