Just few steps, we have a lovely neighborhood park featuring a nice public pool open all summer, a free fitness center, an indoor basketball court (open Monday - Friday), and outdoor volleyball & basketball courts that are open year-round — the perfect spot to relax, stay active, and enjoy the local community vibe.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the front yard, backyard, and all its amenities. The only exception is one locked storage room, reserved exclusively for our cleaning staff to ensure the property stays in top condition for your stay :)

**Please keep your body clean before getting into the hot tub or cold plunge. Also, kindly keep any alcoholic drinks out of the water—spills may lead to extra cleaning fees. Thanks so much for helping us keep things nice for everyone!**
** Please DO NOT throw any trash into the compost bins. These bins are strictly for organic waste only, and placing regular trash inside will cause the city to reject pickup. **

** Our crew comes every Thursday to take the trash bins out from side yard and returns them on Friday. Occasionally they may arrive later than expected, but they will not enter the house.**
