The pool is professionally serviced three times per week, and the photo provided of sand in the pool was taken after the pool had been used by the guests. The pool had been serviced prior to arrival. We also have standard bathroom amenities, including towel holders and necessary fixtures, throughout the property. When concerns were brought to our attention, our maintenance team responded promptly and professionally to address the reported items. We appreciate the acknowledgment of our technician’s efforts. We were very sorry to hear about your wife’s injury and sincerely hope she has recovered well. We always care about the wellbeing of our guests and regret that this was part of their vacation experience.
