I'm genuinely surprised and disappointed by this rating, particularly given the level of accommodation and communication I provided throughout your stay. You had my personal phone number and direct access to me throughout your reservation. When you accidentally locked yourselves out of the property, I was even willing to drive over an hour to assist you. At no point during your stay did you communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction with the property. Unfortunately, the condition in which you left the home was far below the standard of cleanliness and respect I expect from guests. The property was left in a considerable mess, including an unflushed toilet, requiring additional attention before welcoming my next guests. I take great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable home and being an attentive, accommodating host. While I welcome honest and constructive feedback, a three-star rating accompanied only by the word 'fine' provides little insight into your experience and does not reflect the effort I put into making your stay enjoyable. Future guests can rest assured that I remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained property and being readily available whenever assistance is needed.
