Unité de deuxième étage avec 2 maîtres BR cette maison de plage est une oasis lumineuse avec une vue sur les arbres et le ciel de chaque pièce et le balcon tamisé tranquille. Disposition de condo permet d'intimité dans les deux chambres - salon sépare les chambres et chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain attenante privée - parfait pour 2 couples ou couple (s) avec des enfants. 3 plages publiques à moins de 10 minutes, une piscine privée (2 autres piscines sur la propriété) et des courts de tennis. Peut marcher ou faire du vélo en ville ou à la plage. Détendez-vous en appelant pour un massage à l'interne, shiatsu ou des services de garde d'enfants personnellement recommandé par le propriétaire. Téléviseurs dernier cri récemment installés dans chaque pièce équipée de Netflix. Barre de son sur 40 'salon tv vous donne le son surround et la possibilité de brancher votre source de musique préférée (ipod, iphone ou ordinateur).

Absolutely wonderful condo - enjoyed the pool, screened porch and dvd player . Location is decent, but in the peak season it’s hard to get up and down the highway. We found Gordon pond beach the best - 15 minute drive and 20 to park but less crowded.Would stay again

This place was perfect! We stayed here with two adults in one room and two kids in the other. We loved the screened-in porch and the proximity to the beach/boardwalk. The chairs and beach supplies in the porch closet were very convenient. Everything was as comfortable and easy as I could hope for!I appreciated that other reviewers recommended bringing sheets, towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. There are pillows and comforters on the beds already, so you don't need to bring those unless you want to. Highly recommend -- would absolutely stay here again in the future.

This is not remotely within walking distance to the beach. It is however very close to everything, shopping dining and a short drive to the beach.The pool was wonderful!The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals. I will note though, the microwave handle is broken and taped. That should be replaced.The mattress was very clean and comfortable.The screened in balcony was nice, but small.Take note...we were playing music at a low volume one night while making dinner at 5pm, and a rude neighbor that said she owned there knocked on our door and was disgruntled that we had been playing music two nights in a row. It was soft music and at 5PM!!! For this reason, we may not be back.

Everything was great the only issue we had was the ac didn’t seem to cool down, thankfully the ceiling fan kept it tolerable. If the ac issue gets fixed or adjusted I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for us. About a 10 minute drive to delaware state park beach where we use our annual pass, highly recommend the pass and the beach. 5 minute drive into Rehoboth Beach (the back way, less known about), or Dewey Beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close. Pool in the neighborhood a few minute walk away.

The whole process was very easy. Dawn communicated very well with us and answered the few questions that we had very quickly. The bed was super comfy! Loved the screened in porch!! It was relaxing to sit there any time of the day or night and listen to the insects singing. We would definitely recommend this place!

Rehoboth condo at Captiva Sands

Clean ,well kept two bedroom condo not far from the beach and boardwalkThe community has a nice heated pool and is peaceful if you choose to go for a stroll.It is very conveinant to many restaurants and grocery stores and Tanger mall.The owner is polite and quick to respond and its a easy checkin,we enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.

Had another wonderful week! Love the location and really enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch. Unit is the perfect size for family of four. Easy access to the pool, great restaurants and downtown.

Tranquil Setting

Family enjoyed it; closed to Indian River Inlet where my husband and son schedule their fishing charters for the week! And it’s behind Big Fish Grill restaurant which is delicious!

Very happy with location, the property. We walked to the beach and back, includong Penny Lane. It was great that we could make a short drive to ocean city MD to the national sea shore

Live in the Washington, DC area, have been vacationing in Rehoboth for over 20 years and plan to retire there. I just love all the amenities of a tourist area and quaintness of a small town. Have many friends who already live there full time who can assist with restaurant recommendations.
