Awesome stay at a great property

Awesome property with great amenities. This property has everything you need. Well maintained and everything was as described. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for my family of three. Golf cart was very nice and made the beach and shopping convenient. We plan to be back.

Anniversary trip

This is my first time renting thru vrbo it was a great experience. Everything went well. The condo was exactly as described. Very nice. Clean and just what we needed for a getaway. We will definitely rent again and recommend to our family and friends.

This is the type property that should be the poster child of VRBO. That is, the property was at least as good as advertised. First,the unit was clean…No sand or dust or bugs or missing light bulbs or leaky faucets. The view from the well maintained screened upstairs back porch was of a tee box of the manicured good course. The air conditioning, appliances, furniture and televisions were modern and reliable. Same with the golf cart. The only thing wrong with leaving a very positive review like this is, it might reduce the availability of this unit next time I am in the area. I have zero complaints about this property.

Review

The tunnel was closed the first 2 weeks , so no golf cart . It was dirty because of where it’s parked . The front steps and porch floor need to be power washed . Everything inside was good except owners have too much junk in the closets . No space for guest .

Vacasa managed properties-Red Flag!

The property was less than clean, pet hairballs, stains on fabric furniture, sagging uncomfortable mattress….and the kicker was Live Roaches. Of course I have pictures of all and at my request I was refunded a portion but it was so stressful and not what you want for a month ch needed vacation. Will never book one if there properties again.

Convenience

This location was great, close to the beach within 2 minute golf cart drive. We enjoyed being able to drive over to Bay Towne to restaurants. We stayed here for 5 days and used our car 2x. Being able to hop in the golf cart was very convenient for our family since we have a 9 month old. He really enjoyed the rides. The house met expectations and was great for our little one to crawl around, all tile floor. The tile was CLEAN! Loved the screened in patio, definitely a plus. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outside. Really nice sturdy outdoor seating and high top table. The neighborhood is quiet and was on the golf course. Overall, this location met our expectations and made our vacation very enjoyable! Would stay here again in the future.
