The Space:

Set in the Gulf-front Phoenix VI complex, this two-suite condo is steps from the sand - take the boardwalk to the shimmering shore! Relax on your corner balcony and take in sweeping Gulf views. Choose from indoor and outdoor pools for a refreshing swim. Play tennis under the lights in the cool of the evening and finish the day with a relaxing soak in the hot tubs. Enjoy a variety of shopping and dining options in Orange Beach and off East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores. Kids and adults alike will love the waterslides and pools at Adventure Island, only 5 minutes down the road. Hit the links at Orange Beach Golf Center or hike along Gulf wetlands on the Cotton Bayou Trail and the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail. Gulf State Park offers 6,500 acres of trails, beaches, and freshwater fun on Lake Shelby.



Make yourself at home in the Gulf-view living area, appointed with a sofa bed and a TV. School is out for the summer

Property was clean and everything was as listed. Property was in a good area with many great restaurants within a few miles. Walk to beach was easy and pool was very nice and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo, great location

We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed. The patio had a great view of the gulf and being on the 11th floor there was limited noise from the pool below. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious enough for our needs including setting up a pack and play for an infant. We had a great time.

The condo was very nice. We were happy with everything in the condo. You didn't need to bring anything with you. There were ample utensils for cooking and eating. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

Once the property was cleaned, check in was 4, we arrived after 5 and it was still being cleaned, it was great. Was a great location and the condo was great. Had everything we needed. Pools and hot tubs were nice. Didn’t seem to crowded once check in on Sunday evening was overwith. Great beach and view!

Over all good but parking is horrible

Overall good but after paying for parking and not having a spot for my car with parking pass and having to park under awning that night and having to get up early to move it the next morning

Everything about this condo was almost perfect. The only drawback was construction early in the morning, I would have like to have known that. I do like to sleep in and that was not possible. But repairs do have to be made. I will definitely book this again. Agent was extremely easy to work with and even offered late checkout with out asking! Great location as well.

Beach Time in Orange Beach, Alabama

The property was very clean and nicely appointed in the bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen had a variety of cookware but our resident cook wished for a big frying pan. Also be sure to bring your own dishcloths and scrubbers with you. Do to Covid rules only dish towels were provided. We enjoyed the pool area and enjoyed that we could rent umbrella and chairs right on the each. The personnel at check-in and out were courteous and efficient. We had 6 wonderful days but decide to check out 2 days early because Ida was coming in. Turn Key provided up dates on weather conditions and sent text checking on us. I plan to use Turn Key services my next holiday at the beach.

The view and beach access were nice. The condo was dated, but that would not have been a deal breaker. It was one of the first cold nights so I got a blanket out of the closet. One blanket was on a shelf and two were rolled up messily on floor. I put the blanket on the closet shelf on the bed. Then, I realized it was dirty, not just stained. Dirty. Maybe blood. I sent Vacation a message immediately and told them we wanted to go somewhere else out next nights. They did not reply with any offer if a different room or clean blankets until the following evening. I was sent a message saying the unit was inspected and everything was find and sanitized. But they had not removed the soiled blanket. I replied that we were not happy, and I was asked if I wanted management to contact us. I said yes. That was two days ago. We left and won’t be back. To be clear, I sent a picture of the dirty blanket, they waited a day to tell me all was sanitized when they sanitized nothing and didn’t even remove the dirty blanket, then proceeded to ignore my complaint for two days. Dirty and unresponsive. Not going back.

Good location but a few issues

In general this condo is very nice - it is in a good location, had plenty of space for 5, and had great views of the Gulf. However - we had nothing but trouble with the Schlage door lock. When we checked in we got in easily but after that it was hit or miss as to whether the lock would work (and we have a similar lock at home so we know how to use it). We had to call Turnkey the second day to get a new code. Then it worked for a couple more days before it malfunctioned AGAIN and we had to call at 10:00pm to get into the condo. That time they said someone would come the next day to fix it and they would be in touch... no one ever came and no one called so we had a broken lock the rest of the trip. The condo also has VERY limited supplies (for example there was ONE dishcloth in the kitchen and NO clothes for wiping down the counters etc) so be ready to bring EVERYTHING you need including things like salt and pepper. All in all we had a good time here and the beach views are fabulous.

Okay not great

1. Condo Didn’t have bedding for pull out sofa had to buy it. - beds not comfortable mattresses are awful!! 2. Condo patio was nice - but other people are close loud - smoking and drinking not relaxing. Oh and there was construction at resort so not peaceful 3. POOP - feces in pool notified building but it was gross and the pool was not well maintained for that many people. 4. I would not stay here again do not go with a vacasa managed rental condo, based on my experience and other people in the condo I spoke to everyone dislike vacasa. Apparently they are extremely difficult to deal with. 5. We barely parked our vehicle over the line one of the parking spots and because a truck couldn’t fit beside ours we were woken up at 11pm to repark. 6. Best part of our trip was the beach even with the jellyfish and hammerhead shark we encountered- the beach was the redeeming part of the trip. 7. If you want to come here for relaxing and peaceful trip don’t stay here!! Never staying at a pheniox again. I would spend the same money taking my family to Mexico or to the bahamas!
