The space is definitely family friendly! Very spacious and in a perfect area where you are able to walk around. The only minor thing I would recommend it to change the shower curtains more often, when we were there you can see them turning yellow and smelled slightly like urine. The check in was smooth and otherwise have no complains!

Greetings. The location can’t be beat. The apt is a typical basic 2nd floor walk up. The building area could be a bit cleaner but the cleaning crew of the apartment is quite good. The place does seem clean. Bathroom and shower area worked well, with clean shower curtain. The apartment is fine for a few days stay, and quite frankly what you can expect for a basic NYC apartment… not renovated, not deluxe, but basic.. and the neighborhood makes up for it. The staff was GREAT. I was very concerned about the reviews and they put me at ease. They were responsive, easy to work with, and helpful.

Moved us from original address to another one that did NOT match the description and photos. VRBO was great and canceled our reservation, refunded all our money, rented a hotel room for one night, and helped us find a new comparable accommodation. Do not trust this listing!
