Just two miles from downtown and within walking distance of great dining options, you'll enjoy a convenient central location nestled just minutes from the University of Arizona and Reid Park Zoo, making this a great option for families visiting grads.

The remodeled interior blends modern design and updated home essentials with carefully curated, up-cycled materials showcasing vintage western style. A handmade, barn-style door separating the kitchen from the utility room features repurposed barn wood from a working cattle ranch, and an authentic horseshoe door handle, circa 1930s origin.

The Arizona room features a handmade bar made of native Eastern Cedar and vintage tin barn siding. The private backyard patio comes furnished for outdoor living with a covered seating area and gas fire pit.

After the day's adventures, relax on the plush living room sectional while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV, or mix up some drinks at the bar for some happy hour entertainment in the Arizona room. Gleaming counters and all-new, stainless steel appliances shine in the full kitchen, equipped with everything you need to make family mealtimes complete. Can’t beat it!

The location was perfect to get almost anywhere in Tucson including the outskirts of the city in 30 min or less. Tons of good restaurants, breweries, and golf courses within an easy drive and some within walking distance. The home is clean and perfect for anywhere from 2-8 people also!

AZ College Drop-off

Beautiful home, close to AZ stadium and tons of parking. Not a ton of pillows so I would suggest bringing a few but Keurig available and tons of room in bedrooms. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
