EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT - la meilleure façon de profiter de votre séjour est dans un 3Úme (front) condo en bord de mer, comme le bùtiment B au Pono Kai Resort. Laissez les rideaux de véranda ouverte et profiter du bruit des vagues sur la plage, sentir la brise des alizés, et regarder le soleil se lever chaque matin. Notre condo face à l'est et de l'extérieur ne peut pas observer les occupants. L'unité est accessible par des escaliers ou l'ascenseur. Le Pono Kai Resort est situé dans la ville de Kapaa sur 13 hectares tropicaux. Ce complexe familial propose de nombreuses activités quotidiennes et des équipements gratuits pour tous, notamment: jacuzzi extérieur, grande piscine, sauna intérieur, plusieurs barbecues au propane, tables de pique-nique, terrain de tennis, terrain de volleyball, jeu de palets, putting green, pétanque, tennis terrain de croquet. Nourrir les poissons dans l'étang de Koi de Japonais. Prenez une courte promenade à «Baby Beach», une piscine protégée de l'océan pour les bambins de profiter de l'océan. Notre condo dispose d'un accÚs Internet WiFi gratuit, téléphone gratuit au sein de Kauai, télévision par cùble, lecteur CD et DVD, musique et vidéothÚque. Le stationnement est gratuit.

Un nouveau sentier populaire en bord de mer de 8 miles est un endroit merveilleux pour marcher, faire du jogging ou du vélo. Le Pono Kai Resort se trouve à quelques pas des supermarchés, des pharmacies, des banques et de nombreux restaurants. Pour cette raison, certains clients ne louent une voiture que pendant une semaine au cours de leurs séjours de plusieurs semaines.

NOTE: Meilleure vue sur l'ocĂ©an. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Chaises de plage portables et coffres Ă  glace de qualitĂ©. Condo n'a pas Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©. Les images sont prĂ©cises, mais pas d'Ă©clairage encastrĂ© ni de tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran large. Pas de climatisation mais de bons alizĂ©s. Non recommandĂ© si vous ĂȘtes sensible Ă  la chaleur. Notre lit queen est un plateau-coussin moelleux. Notre taux avant impĂŽt est seulement 135 $.

Beautiful ocean views and sunrises. The neighborhood is okay, but very busy. The condo is situated very well for ocean front, but is in dire need of maintenance and updates.

This was the perfect location for my stay on the island. The view was amazing. Waking up to the sunrise and going to sleep to the sound of the waves was awesome. I appreciated being close to the grocery store and loved having the walking bike path right in front of the property. The hammocks were nice. Again, I was all over the island, so I was never more than an hour from any activity. The place was comfortable and well-kept, and met my needs. Thanks for a great stay! I hope to return soon:)

Excellent location and excelent condition

This property was perfect for us...not a high class place but a very comfortable and clean room..we love the small town of Kappaa and the hiking trails. This was our 20th visit to Kauai.

Perfect Stay

Harley and Anna offer a wonderful experience in this beautiful property. It is just off of the bike path and perfectly positioned to watch the sun rise from the balcony. The property is equipped everything you need to stay on property or venture out for a day at the beach. We celebrated our 25 anniversary here and loved every minute of our stay. Fantastic location

3rd floor with elevator. Building is nearest to the shore. Beautiful, consistent breeze so you don’t need a/c. Found things furnished that we didn’t expect,(beach gear).

Great location. Relaxing and comfortable unit.

Clean and comfortable 1 bedroom condo with fantastic ocean view. No air conditioning which is no problem with the condo layout - just open the ocean front slider and bedroom windows for great air flow. All the amenities that you need. property in excellent location to explore island. Definitely recommend property.

50th Wedding Anniversary

A truly fabulous top floor location with an unobstructed ocean view. Married on Oahu 50 years ago and visiting often since this was our first visit to Kauai. We will be coming back and hope we can book this spot again...definitely a gem. Mahalo for sharing with us. We now start our next 50 years.

ITS ALL ABOUT THE VIEW

If you are in need of excellent value, and would love a great ocean view, you definitely want to consider this unit at Pono Kai! Yes it needs updating, and more attention to some details, but those things are quite easily overlooked once you have the chance to take in the view from the lanai. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again.

What a perfect location! The room was nice. Completely set up kitchen we just needed to stop by the nearby grocery store and get what we wanted. Walk down the street for food and shopping. This is the second time I stayed at Pono Kai. I will be back.

Beautiful oceanfront view

Great unit right on the oceanfront ! The view was amazing and we listened to the waves every night as we went to bed . Very well equipped condo and had everything we need to make us comfortable for our stay . We loved the path out front and rented bicycles to go from end to end . Lovely ride . Great location as we were able to walk to town easily to get a bite or groceries we needed . Had a nice pool as well as other options like horse shoes , corn hole or putting greens . Would definitely recommend this condo and the complex itself !

Disappointed

The property is not well maintained. There is rust on the light fixtures in the bathroom, rust on ceiling fans, there was dirt behind the hamper in the bathroom, the tub was filthy, 2 electrical outlets do not work, and the bed is beyond well worn (there is a 3-inch topper on a very old mattress). The view from the Lenai, breathtaking.

Great location

This condo is in a great location for getting around the island easily. We drove to the North Shore, the Waimea Canyon, the south side—all easy drives. The town of Kapa’a was charming and we walked to many of the restaurants and shops. The wide sidewalk outside the unit was a great place to walk and see the beautiful ocean and beaches. The beach outside the condo was adequate for the little bit of beach time that we wanted. The view from the beachfront balcony was great. The condo is a bit worn, and the bed’s foam topper is way too soft for our taste, but all in all it was a nice place to stay. We really didn’t miss the AC with the doors open and the fans going. The owner and property manager were very accommodating and allowed a late checkout since we had a late flight out.

Very nice condo--but...

We had to call the local property manager every day we were there because of a toilet that wouldn't flush. Also, no one mentioned the extra lever on the door; because it looked like a dead bolt, the condo was actually unlocked part of the time.

 Perfect location and beautiful view!! cleaning staff need to do a little better work. We had no kitchen linens and coffee maker was missing. We did get the coffee maker but never received any kitchen linens. It should be made more clear in the advertisement that there is NO air conditioning. Unfortunately with the unit being so warm it attracted cockroaches. (we have pictures)

Property is dated but we knew that going in. What we didn’t know was that the dishwasher was NOT working and for three days we went without one. Then we spent almost two full days in our condo while they attempted to replace the dishwasher with a new one. The microwave has some sort of electrical malfunction going on in behind the control panel and it “Zaps & Sparks”, was able to take a video to send to owner and manager. The owner was unwilling to compensate us for any of our inconvenience and loss of time while on our holidays. For that reason alone, we will NEVER rent B-306 again!

NO AIR CONDITIONER AS LISTED ON THE AMENITIES!!!

We picked this place based on location and air conditioning. The location is great but under the property amenities it shows air conditioning. The owner is aware and this is very misleading. We had to find another place to stay after the first night because it was way too hot in the bedroom. We ended up sleeping in the living room with three fans blasting and the lanai door open. When we reached out to the owner they said that they rely on the trade winds. This is great if you have the front door open to create a cross breeze. However, one can not sleep with the front door nor the bedroom windows open as they are located in the walkway that leads to the other condos, and would not be secure. Basically, this was a lost cost for us. The owners really need to correct their listing. We feel that this is false advertising.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We rented this condo from the prior owners for over 15 years. It's the best condo in the best location. We like the people of Kapaa and always feel right at home. Kapaa is only 7.6 miles from the Lihue Airport and is located mid way between Poipu and Princeville, which are on opposite ends of the main highway.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our east facing condo is only a stone's throw from the beach. Because it's on the 3rd floor, the unobstructed view from the living room is of the ocean and the tops of a few palm trees. We never close the curtains because we're too high for anyone to see in. We enjoy watching the sunrise and feeling the trade winds. We're away from the general foot traffic. Few people use the 8 mile bike path or beach near the condo. If you don't like crowds, this is the place. Well equipped kitchen. All necessary dishes, glasses and utensils. Many pots, pans and appliances including blender, Belgian waffle maker and George Foreman grill.
