Welcome to this spacious condo with incredible views in Carolina Beach. Overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway, this property is just a block from the beach and minutes from the boardwalk. Relax by the inground pool with views of the Intercoastal.

This property features a large master bedroom including a king bed, a full bathroom, a TV and its own deck.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and the unit includes a second full bathroom.

The spacious living room has a large sectional couch which some guests have used for sleeping as well as TV with cable and ROKU. The unit has internet.

Linens and bath towels are provided. You'll need to bring your own beach / pool towels.

The full kitchen includes a "Mr. Coffee" style coffee maker.

The unit includes parking for two vehicles.

No Golf Cart Charging on Site. Do not rent on if you want to stay here and be able to use it. Overall Beautiful View and clean unit. The HOA members do not like VRBO renters just FYI. They were quite rude to us. Barry the host was easy to contact, We however could not get the living room TV to changed/ work so we had on Duck Dynasty the whole trip...

I don’t think the property photos capture how lovely Barry’s place is. The views of the inlet are quite stunning and it feels very peaceful to sit on the balcony to read or just watch the boats. The condo is really spacious and felt like plenty of room for the four of us. Check-in and communication was nice and easy. I didn’t receive any check-out instructions, which felt rare for a rental, so we just did the basics (run dishwasher, take out trash, etc.). We did notice that there aren’t a ton of extra dishes or towels if you have a big group, but we had plenty. Especially appreciated the soap bottles by each sink - much better than a disposable bar. Oh and the location is so close to the beach - like a 5 minute walk! Would absolutely stay here again if I have the chance, as it’s a great value for the spaciousness, location, and views.

Will definitely be back to stay but I do have a few suggestions. There could be more towels for the bathroom. Also, the master bath doors looked and felt kinda gross. The bed is very comfy! Overall, good stay! I’ll be back for sure!

I rated the smooth check-in a 4 star, only because I was having issues with the vrbo app. Otherwise, I would have rated a 5 star. It was very clean and spacious for 3 adults a 2 children. The view beyond the pool was beautiful. Very short walk to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. After fun in the sun it was nice to relax in a great space. We had a great time!

Barry, the host unfortunately does not put much effort into providing even a mediocre vacation experience. Perhaps the guest needs to adjust their experience from “relaxing vacation” to “rough it camping” for a better adjusted expectation.We are not high maintenance people by any means so it’s actually saying something that I’m taking the time to write this review.Barry’s place did not provide enough bath towels, there were no kitchen towels for drying hands or keeping up with dishes, no additional trash bags, or laundry soap.This place is not very clean, we have cat hair on all the bedding and our kids have found random candies left on the floor. The pots and pans in the cabinets look like someone has quite literally thrown them in. Many of the dishes have not been washed well so come prepared to wash all the dishes before your vacation starts! Be sure to bring your own soap as the one, yes one, singular wafer of somehow rock hard, yet paper thin soap will not be enough. If you reach out to him about any issues prepare yourself with a very tardy and quite unaccommodating response. After finally heading out for check in and after voicing disappointment Barry was quite gracious about a decoration that we accidentally broke and for that we were quite appreciative. Hope this information helps future guests adjust their expectations. I think next time we’ll still go with a hotel.
