Welcome to Bethany Breeze 2, our new and spacious 5-bedroom family home, where coastal paradise awaits you. This home is next to the well-loved Bethany Breeze.

Walk to the beach or relax and soak in the hot tub, corn hole, ping pong, pool, dart board, games, smart TV, and plenty of places to lounge!

Nestled just a couple of blocks away from the pristine sandy shores, our beach haven offers the perfect escape for you and your loved ones. Step inside and immerse yourself in an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation, as every detail has been thoughtfully designed to cater to your every need, ensuring a truly memorable and comfortable stay.

Spread out and unwind across three levels, providing ample space for the whole family. Family groups can enjoy lively games on the ground level, reuniting for family meals and board games on the main floor, or quiet time in the bedrooms on the upper floor.

Bedroom 1: Comfy king-size bed that promises a refreshing night's sleep, complemented by a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a large shower, sink, and toilet. This bedroom has a 40" Roku TV.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with full bunk bed above (sleeps four).

Bedroom 3: Two twin bunk beds (sleeps four).

Bedroom 4: Full bed with twin bunk above (sleeps three).

Bedroom 5: Full bed and twin bed (sleeps three).

Everyone will discover their perfect spot to recharge and dream of the exciting adventures that await.

The heart of our home is the open-plan living area, where style meets comfort. Sink into the comfy sofas in the spacious living room and enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen 65" Roku TV. The fully-equipped kitchen invites your inner chef to create delicious meals for the whole family, while the dining area offers ample seating for shared stories and lifelong memories. The smaller dining table at the entrance can be moved end-to-end with the main dining table to create a long table for 16. The front porch on this level provides additional seating and wraps around to the side and creates a charming space to savor a quiet coffee or witness the captivating sunset during dinner, where there is also dining for 16.

Our home also features a lower-level rec room that guarantees endless fun and entertainment.
Challenge your friends and family to lively games of ping pong, pool, or corn hole, or indulge in relaxation with a soothing soak in the hot tub while catching your favorite sports event or a fun movie on the 65" Roku TV. Quiet Hours: This is a residential neighborhood, and many of our amazing neighbors live here year-round.
Posted Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Guests will be fined $500 for noise violations.
If the police are called to the property for any disturbances/violations, guests will be required to leave immediately and forfeit the rest of their stay.
Failure to follow House Rules will result in a $500 fine.
